Very dissatisfied with this online store. The sellers are dishonest. They sell completely non-working devices and refuse to refund the money. And the online store itself does not want to take any responsibility. In short, they are scammers.
Im Mai 2025 habe ich bei fruugo.com eine „BOSE SOUNDLINK REVOLVE+" bestellt. Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen habe ich bis heute keine Rücksendemöglichkeit erhalten.
Die Verpackung wirkte original, das Gerät selbst jedoch war entweder defekt oder eine billige Kopie. Auch auf wiederholte Bitten um Rückerstattung und Rücksendeunterlagen habe ich keine Hilfe bekommen – stattdessen nur Standardantworten auf Englisch mit Verweisen auf die Webseite.
Das Ergebnis: Das Gerät ist unbrauchbar, mein Geld ist weg. Eine ernsthafte Kundenbetreuung oder Entschädigung habe ich nicht erhalten.
Meine Erfahrung soll andere warnen: Von diesem Portal werde ich nichts mehr kaufen.

Don't buy from fruugo they stole your money and no one you can contact with to make a complaint, also they don't give your money back. This is scam
I placed an order with this company, and since then, it's been nothing but a headache. I never received the order or even a tracking number. The seller didn't bother to notify me about anything. I've been emailing back and forth, but it's just a frustrating loop with no resolution in sight.
Electrical product arrived in a totally destroyed state. Fruugo replied to fix it with a hammer and use it. No replacement or refund.

Product page described product different to that supplied. Product purported to be from well known gate automation remote fob but was a generic clone that did not work as described on the site or the documentation. Returned product but Fruugo expects me to pay return postage. If you cannot trust the product descriptions then the site cannot be trusted. Does not appear to be a complaints page on Fruugo.
I sent my first email 6 months ago. I wanted to apply as a salesperson. They constantly postponed information, documents, etc. The interested person is not professional at all and sends e-mails that sound like children's texts. I have accounts on 3 different platforms: Etsy, eBay and Amazon. I have never experienced such e-mail traffic. The person is so strange that it seems like he is writing on WhatsApp. Like a joke. It should definitely be reported to the institution. And he was going to cancel my application. He's threatening me. Please report it to the authorities and open my account as a seller. I ordered the Dancing Cactus as however it was faulty. I contacted the company and they issued me with a refund within 5 weeks of contacting them.
Beware after receiving your purchase asking for a return is impossible to start they request you send it back to China my coat was 16 pounds the return has a uncompleted address and no email which is needed by customs I will never get my mony back just hoping to save some other poor person going down the same road BEWARE!
Mid-December 23, I bought a coat from Fruugo as a Christmas present. It arrived in a battered condition wrapped up like a cheap beach towel. The coat bore no resemblance to the one advertised on Fruugo's website. The styling was different. The colour was different. The material was thin and of poor quality. I returned the goods and provided photographic evidence of the goods and proof of postage from the UK to China. For the past two and a half month's, Fruugo's Online Customer Service has refused to accept that the company has actually attempted to 'pass off' goods which are not as advertised, refused to accept receipt of the goods I sent back, refused to accept my proof of postage and, refused to accept that within these very review pages is evidence to support the fact that UK customers don't always need to return goods all the way from the UK back to China in any case. They have stolen my money for the initial purchase plus cost me the price of returning the shoddy products. I have recorded photographic evidence to support my experience. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Absolute useless site twice I've ordered with them twice they've cancelled the order and second time never refunded me the money
I placed a order with this on February 18 and never received the order or the tracking number wasn't notified by seller. Email communication is back and forward problem still not solved. I contact the better business bureau to file complaint against company.
I accidentally placed a order, and imediatly opted to return it. After i kept receivind shipping updated for a couple of weeks and writing two emails demanding the cancellasion of the shipping and refund, i finaly got this reply back: " Hello Dear Customer. Thank you for your letter.We're sorry for the bad shopping experience, we checked the email you sent us and it didn't appear that you wanted to cancel your order, so we've already sent you the parcel. Thank you for your patience. Sincere greetings"

Don't buy from them! This was simply the only place I found what I was looking for - and had almost the same experience as the last time I could find something in only one place. It doesn't really exist. Multiple notices said they had tried to deliver, but all delivery companies here leave notices if they are unable to deliver. I sent multiple requests to Fruugo asking for a refund, which went totally unanswered. I finally contacted my credit card company which didn't hesitate to credit my account - I have a feeling they know this operation.
I mistakenly order the wrong watches off their site. I tried to cancel them witching minutes. They were sent & I had to pay duty. I immediately sent them back to the sellers at a further cost of $75. One seller refused the package and sent it back and the other kept the watch and the money. I did absolutely everything they told me but they have refused to get the other watch or my money. This site is a fraud that allows criminals to operate.
