We ordered wallpaper in 07/2023, we paid for it immediately. We received a confirmation mail that the wallpapers will be delivered to us in 7 days.
We never received the wallpaper or a refund, no one ever answered our inquiry. Very unprofessional company that does not deliver products, refund or contact customers.
I bought a bottle of pehalogon £220 whent it arrived in this country they would not deliver unless i paid another £40 i told them to return the item back to Frugo. I have emziled them a number of ti.es and still no refund.

They sold me a product unfit for purpose for over $250 and refused refund despite clear evidence that the product was returned to China. All enquiries were closed and no resolution. Beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Money taken, no good sent and no customer service. Do not buy from Fruugo it is a fraud. You will never see your money or the goods again.
Never received watch I purchased. I asked for a PayPal refund never got it. Do not do business with this company.
In July 2023 I ordered and paid for 2 hand held rechargeable battery operated hand warmers. I paid Fruugo for them. They were delivered on August 4. I immediately plugged them into the Charger and found that 1 hand warmer totally failed to heat and the other heated to only tepid after 2 hours of charging.Each charger is unfit for purpose. I telephoned Fruugo and after a long telephone wait I was asked to state the problem to a voice machine. The machine transferred me to a department which said I must pay £1. On my credit card in order to discuss the problem at all. On August 17 I opened an email account with Fruugo and explained my complaint. The online complaint was not acknowledged by Fruugo. On September 17 I wrote a letter to Fruugo and sent an email to their disputes department. The only responses I received from Frugo requested I "provide a photograph or brief video that would show the fault, so that we can investigate this further?"
I replied saying there is absolutely no way a photo or video would show that the hand warmers were not getting hot.
The correspondence has since died from Fruugo's side.
I asked for a refund of £26.65 or alternatively that Fruugo collect the hand warmers at a convenient date.
No solution has been offered by Fruugo. They have taken my money via a credit card and sent me rubbish. They have avoided dealing with my valid customer complaint regarding goods which are not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act. It is a shameful way to conduct a business.
Please do not ever buy any item from Fruugo. They sell both fake and substandard items. I bought 2 4500w Multifunction Blender Professional Heavy Duty Commercial Mixer Juicer Grinder Ice Smoothies Fr and both got bad at first use. The blenders are so light. I reached out to them, but they are ignoring my messages.

Ordered a Microwave oven from Leicester then found out after ordering it was coming from China after 2 weeks received a Microwave plate complained through only contact email to be told the don't care
I found the digestive enzymes that I have always used from USA on this site. Waited for the delivery only to find out that the tablets are fake mint things that have nothing to do with the advertised Papaya digestive enzyme. Not sure if I will get a refund but this site is fraudulent.
I ordered a football shirt and shorts for my son. It was meant to fit a 32 - 36 inch chest. He could barely get it over his head never mind get the shorts on. I conatcted customer service. They requested photos with tape measures etc. When they saw it was too small they asked me to return it at my cost and they would reimburse once received if the order was in fact incorrect. The item came from the UK and I live in Florida. So I have now paid for 2 lots of international shipping and the item and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. They refuse to respond to me.This has been going on for weeks.

Didn't receive my order, claimed through PayPal. Only price of the item refunded, they kept the postage. I didn't receive the item, tried to contact via their website, constant error. Then they have nerve to ask me to give them a review.
Honestly? Super bummed out by Fruugo right now. I was all excited to get my order, and guess what? They sent the wrong item. Mistakes happen, I get it. But when I reached out to them, hoping for a quick fix, they totally brushed me off. Felt like they didn't even listen to me. Companies should really treat their customers better, especially when it's their mistake.
I got swindled ot of almost R400.00. Never received my parcel. Can't contact seller or get help from website. When you log a call for a refund the website says a technical error has occurred and to try later, then you try later and get the same message. Fruugo is a scam!
