I ordered a product and it just didn't arrive. The sender doesn't answer, fruugo doesn't answer, I can't find someone to talk to. Very bad service. Beware of them!

Bought an item, never received it. Went to launch a customer investigation on the website, the automation on the website fails every time, says "technical error occurred, please try again later". Like this for over a month.

Reached out to customer service, they send me an email asking for my address, I give it to them, and the POOF! GHOSTED!

No product, no refund, FRAUD!

What ever you do - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
I had purchased a humidifier and it arrived minus a vital part that was needed for this thing to operate! None of the sites',( UK and Australia), "customer contact" actually work with all emails being returned undelivered! You will constantly be asked for your email address and your password will never be recognised. I then tried to contact via the Sydney address given on the package and guess what? It's a vacant warehouse and my enquires led to the real estate company thinking I wanted to rent the actual warehouse! Why hasn't this company been closed down by our government when there are just so many complaints! My next step is to report them to consumer protection. The sender's name on the post package was Asian ……not the first time I've been ripped off by them! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a t-shirt three months ago which never arrived. No refund and no explanation. I'm only grateful that I didn't spend very much, what a rip off. Don't buy ANYTHING from this site. I wanted to give no stars but couldn't the interface won't allow me.

Nu am primit nici produsul, nici banii inapoi. Am așteptat 2 luni, i-am trimis un mail ca sa-mi trimite banii inapoi, dar degeaba.

Ordered $360 worth mower spindles. Advertised free shipping. Through Fruugo... We received warning from AVG virus checker, tracking number was false and a scam. Received notification, products returned to supplier by shipping claiming the products were damaged. A false claim. It would be nearly impossible to damage the steel and alloy product. Selling company is a fraudulent scam advertising lower prices than opposition to take your money. Fruugo immediately refunded the money. Thanks Fruugo

In my opinion they are scammers they take your money and you don't receive your order also they come with pathetic sorry and reason what that make no sense I order from them on 7 August and we are in September and still not receiving my order

We bought garden furniture
The item was completely different then pictured!
We were shocked at the discrepancy and the fee to return is just not worth it- a third of the worth of the item

I raised my issue that I never received my order by the due date and still not received it. They want a review they got my review.

I ordered a watch and received a watch strap, i complained to the supplier and had no success. Don't waste your money.

My order was not delivered. Emails I've sent are returned undelivered. Total rip off. I would most certainly never recommend this shoddy company.

Ordered boots from here when they arrived they was wrong boots and wrong size. I emailed them and all they said was they will do the same job.I have been emailing every day and only getting stupid emails back saying not entitled to refund,I'll have to pay return shipping bus as I said it was there error not mine,worst company I have ever dealt with. As a business owner myself I would not usually give a business a bad review but these are disgraceful

Fruugo sent me an inferior version of what I paid for. A $35 item when I paid $74
Their complaint emails are impossible to send.

Contact seems impossible.

My nintendo joycons broke so I wanted to buy new one, turns out it took Fruugo 2 entire months to give me FAKE ones I wastes 200 money (country) for them, the buttons sound weird they are cheap, u can see the battery trough them, they work ok but I actually wanted LEGIT ones, forgot to mention the design is WAY TO DULL the print is bad, not even Nintendo licensed, I'm crying in room because I wasted so much money on bad $#*! and I want a refund so bad but I don't think fruugo has the ability.

When I was searching for a hammock, I ran across an aggressive ads showing me a picture and description of a full hammock for a 2/3 of the price on other sites. Only after I discovered I had spent 100 Euros on a cushion for a hammock chair only!
It was my first and defiantly the last experience with them.

The lip maximizer plumping gloss is a total scam and waste of money! Did absolutely nothing for my lips.

Item not received after months and the refund not received either even after promising a refund. I ordered a tripod stand and I didn't receive the item or the item or the refund …

Fruugo gladly accepts my money but SADLY they don't deliver. 3 months since I placed my order. Worse on line service… STAY AWAY

If I could give Fruugo a -5 stars I would. I purchased two suits in different sizes (large and extra large) because I was unaware of how they would fit me. One size totally too small and the other much too large. Not only that, the material was totally cheap. When I finished finally making it through their confusing return policy and found out I had to pay shipping back to China, I was pretty upset. Then I took it to the post office to mail back only to find out it was $144.00 per package to return. I will never ever buy anything from this company again and suggest you look into their stupid policies as well before you purchase anything.
