I placed an order on Fruugo.us for an item I could not find anywhere else. Never received the order.
I made a purchase with Fruugo and still my parcel hasn't arrived...wrote countless emails but to help...they keep on saying your order will arrive its been 4months now...that was my first and last time making any purchase from you.
STAY away from this website. It is a scam.
Bought a relatively cheap product to test them (8 u$) and the item never arrived.
I got a fake DHL tracking number. I thought at the beginning that it didn't exist cause it wasn't sent yet. But no, it never existed because they never sent the product.
When contacting them they send you messages in your native language that are auto generated.
Never got a refund, never got the product.

I ordered hat showed on the site paid 30 + 10 delivery & they sent me wrong item, i messaged them telling them but they take 3 days to respond everytime, i'm down 40 quid for nothing.
I made a purchase through Fruugo, and to be honest, I was kind of worried. Many critics were really bad.
So I feel obligation to say that I received my order, everything went well and the order arrived earlier than the estimated time.

Product I've bought it's ok, also shipping time, probably they try to step up a little, but deceiving shipping costs. I bought my items from.ca, thinking that I'm buying local, shipping cost a little bit high but ok, just to be charged at the door by the delivery company another shipping cost even higher that the quoted one. Not cool, when I'm buying, I punch in my address so you know where I'm buying from, why don't you just quote me the real shipping price right at the bat? Deceiving, Unlike any other seller I dealt with…will not buy again from this site ever, even if it gets 5+ stars from 1 billion satisfied customers
I bought something from their website and return costs are so expensive. Its better use ebay or amazon.
I found some supplements on Fruugo. On their local website there was just a price of the product ans standard local delivery cost.
What was hidden from me were the shipping expenses. Those were like 40% of the total price!
I did notice the total sum with hidden expenses just after I paid with my card. Tried to contact Fruugo immediately, but they have no call centre, phone support. Just online form to fill (they probably know why).
I asked them to cancell the order and refund the amount paid. They replied in couple of days, that orderedccannot be cancelled as it is being shipped already (obviously not true, as it took almost 3 weeks to be shipped).
I had to refuse delivery. Now it is over a month, still waiting for my refund.
Do not recommend.
Ordered off this company nearly 2 months ago, they say my parcel was left on my doorstep, of which I live on a busy street, I get home from work and the parcel was not there! Emailed many times and still have no answer as to what is going on!
The Product item never arrived got told it did but the parcel I received was empty so I messaged for a refund only for them to completely ignore my email I waited for two weeks No reply so I raised a dispute with PayPal and got a refund of £4.49 on a £16 item so I gave money for nothing

Love the product. Bought several pieces of it. Only issue; when I ordered 2 different items only one came. Order blank said one Item was canceled. It took me several back and forth e-mails with customer service to get them to send a refund. I did get the refund it was just a lot of work to get it. As far as the item goes it fit as expected and wears well.
I bought an item from Fruugo on 10/06 and it's not working properly and they refuse to accept return, they need to be shut down. Bad business practices.
The order stated deivered but no address deivered to. No i have to wait another month before i can make a claim i didnt recieve my order. No other option lack of customer support. Had a feeling it would be this bad when i ordered and took almost a month before the store shipped the package. It was only sent out after i had requested a cancelation and refund. Purchased 2 sets of carpal tunnel hand supports and only 1 delivered. No customer service.BUYER BEWARE
They sent me a faulty product, said I had to deal with the manufacturer who were unhelpful, when I reminded them of my consumer rights they then emailed me a returns label. When I told them I didn't have a printer they said I would have to pay for the return myself. Again I reminded them of my consumer rights and they said they couldn't help me any further and would no longer be corresponding with me.
This company is the worst I ordered a pink scooter for my daughters birthday they sent a black one tried email them every day for over a week no reply just blanking me I would never trust this company now
You buy a product from China and find out that Fruugo is handling the delivery. You expect it to be delivered within the time limit promised but then NO! It takes more time, then they say the delivery services "tried to contact you", that it is my fault because "maybe I put down the wrong phone number or address". But NO, all my details were correct, but no one tried to call my phone, noone came to my house, none what so ever communication. And still they try to put it on me.
Worst buying experience, stay away from Fruugo at all costs
Before you buy. If the item is getting posted from China be aware you will have to pay for return. There is a really good chance the product is of poor quality. Fruugo is just a uk broker. They do not sell or take responsibility of product. Its down to customer. You'd be better of buying from Amazon or EBay as there is a little customer protection with free return, NOT with Fruugo. You'd be surprised how much it costs to return items and realise you have wasted your money. From personal exp, the quality of product is rubbish and Fruugo UK dont have anything to do with the sellers from identifying they are selling quality items. Its only natural to think that if you spend a reasonable amount you'd get a quality item. This ISNT the case.
Pictures of items are not even close to what arrives in the mail. The first picture is a screenshot of the item from the website. The second and third pictures is what arrived today. And just to rub salt in the wound, I am responsible to pay the shipping costs if I return it. Shipping to China from Canada cost more than I paid in the first place.

They send me radio... for my car. That was overheating after 5min of work... I message fir refound. Also there was nothing on the screen just lines...I message about refound. And they said that it was working when they send it lol hahah it was for 5 min. They said they can refound part of money and I can fix it hahahah what a blends... give me my money back and take that $#*!...
