BEWARE! This might be the worst, if not, one of the worst companies to buy anything from. They allow crooked fake companies from China to sell 'knockoff' products that are at times dangerous because they are made using chemicals that are not considered safe. This was my experience buying Toppik, a hair product from their site. The site doesn't disclose this and WILL NOT HELP YOU RECOVER YOUR LOST MONEY! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!

I ordered a pair of Women's ARA shoes in my normal size. The shipping charge of $60 (US) was not clearly listed until the transaction processed. The shoes cost $89 (US). I was unsuccessful in canceling the transaction. I received the shoes in a size I didn't recognize size 40 Great Britain they are bigger than my Husband's size 11 shoes he wears!
Yes the company told me I can return them at my cost and lie on the customs declaration form so they won't have to pay duty tax!

Don't go near Fruugo. Bad experience in all aspects!sent me the wrong product and refused to send the right one or refund me.

Ordered 16 March 2023 online through Fruugo and paid through afterpay. Parcel still has not arrived, when you try to search or enter the details online it keeps saying something went wrong so you cant even log that the item hasn't arrived with the company-buyer beware do not buy anything because you will not receive the order.

I can't complain about services as it is. It was fast and reliable ( 3 weeks from China to Slovakia - not bad at all). But the article was scam. Just be careful, because Fruugo doesn't care what goods they are selling.

I ordered a set of 3 baby bottles with a flexible straw set and a straw cleaning set. What they actually sent me was just 2 bottles, metal straws and no cleaning set, metal straws can't be used for babies so I contacted them that I hadn't received what I ordered. First they just completely ignored me, then I contacted again and they didn't offer to send me what I ordered but said they'd refund me. I waited the 5 days, no refund. I contacted them again and again they said they'd refund me. This time I got a notification saying I'd been refunded, waited the 5 days and surprise no refund. I've now contacted them multiple times and they just say they'll refund and then don't, and now they are just saying they don't understand my message at all. Not sure what they're playing at but clearly a dodgy website don't order from them!

They claim they delivered a small package at 9:06 pm. Who delivers at that hour? They can't produce a picture of it delivered. Then they said it was delivered at 4:06 pm. They won't refund my money or provide a replacement. Just try reasoning with Chinese people who don't understand English. I'll never buy anything from these crooks again.

Would not recommend purchasing anything from Fruugo. I've had a really negative experience with long wait times for delivery, the wrong item was sent to me and now after 6 weeks I am trying to get a refund but is unlikely as I have to still send item back to merchant (which may take weeks).

I ordered an artificial lemon tree. The size of the plant was about right, but the lemons are tiny and it is generally different from the picture.Not complete thrash, though. Would I order from them again? The jury is still out on that.

I have bought a pair of shoes by card and I did not even receive a confirmation and no one is replying to my messages.Don t buy from them.

Have just been told the item I ordered has been cancelled. Your supplier claimed lost but surely they would send a replacement? Very disappointing service Fruugo.es!

Update...So Fruugo.es canceled my order and promised to refund in 2-5 business days. I then ordered the product from Amazon. I then received an email from Fruugo.es with an updated delivery date from a different company. WHAT IS FRUUGO.ES DOING? I REALLY DON'T THINK THEY KNOW THEMSELVES! I will update following reply fro Fruugo.es. REALLY POOR!
Update - Fruugo.es have now ignored two emails asking them to confirm my order is cancelled and explain why I then received an email from them saying my order would be delivered on a different day and from a different company. Clearly, Fruugo.es are happy to take my order but not happy to sort out problems they have created. I will update following reply from Fruugo.es...IF THEY CAN BE BOTHERED TO REPLY TO MY EMAILS THAT IS?!? I will never order from Fruugo.es again giving the appalling service I have received!
FINAL UPDATE - Refund was eventually received but it took Fruugo.es weeks to reply to my numerous enquiries. This fiasco could have been avoided had Fruugo.es NOT sent an email saying the product was being dispatched AFTER advising the product was lost and a refund being processed. Poor management, poor customer service, poor Fruugo.es. I will never use them again!

Avoid at all costs, the company is a fraud and I make a official complaint to the consumer ombudsman. Purchased product December 2022, after purchasing from a company which I thought was UK based was then told that the item had to be returned to China at an additional cost of £17, paid the money and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM FRUUGO

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. I PURCHASED A MAH JONGG CARD FROM THEM AND THEY PUT LAST YEAR'S CARD ON THE INSIDE WITH THIS YEAR'S YEAR: 2023 ON THE OUTSIDE. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Ordered on the 6 th April was to be here on 9 th may.hasnt arrived says I can track it no tracking at all.contacyed them on WhatsApp read message and didn't reply.im going into dispute with PayPal against them.crap company never again

Don't send products, ask you to confirm address and then when you reply say the emails you are sending are blank! All lies! Even emailed again using their Help page, now no response at all!

Bought a door wreath for £20 through Frugo, but was actually from China. Absolute rubbish! Would have cost me £20.30 to return it! AVOID this company at all costs as when I realised it was from China it was too late to cancel. Also my mistake as I usually check reviews. How they advertise Grest on Trustpilot I'll never know as ALL reviews are shocking. Frugo… You should be ashamed & I will continue to rate you as rubbish on every site!

Terrible customer experience. Do not recommend if you want to receive your package or refund. The worst online shopping experience in my life... did not receive a package neither refund.

THEY TAKE FOREVER TO REFUND YOU, THEY ACT LIKE THEY MESSAGE YOU BUT WHEN U TELL THEM YOU CANT SEE THEIR MESSAGE THEY STILL CONTINUE TO TEXT YOU FROM THE SAME EXACT PLACE. AT FIRST I THOUGHT NOTHING OF IT BUT TURNS OUT THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY DON'T EVEN LET U KNOW IF UR PAYING TAX, THE MONEY JUST LEAVES UR ACCOUNT, AFTER U PAY.
