Never received item it had wrong addresses they have put, then raised ask for tracking no.Gave wrong/random no.

Scamers.do not buy anything

Ordered in September, forgot about it until I was doing my taxes and saw the purchase on the card statement. Contacted them and they said it was too long ago and that they can't help me. They can't even prove they shipped the order?
All I can say is that if you buy from them, set a reminder on your calendar to contact your card company within two months so you can at least get the credit card company to reverse the charges if you didn't get your order.

I ordered an item, should have arrived two weeks ago, never came in. The tracking makes no sense (see picture below, landed in destination the re shipped to GBR), there is no way to contact them, the help center sends an error message. Basically- took the money and left.

Email received to say order is on its way. Then I get one to say it's been cancelled. No reason given. My advice, stay clear!

Stick to eBay or Amazon. Avoid, avoid, avoid Fruugo. And then avoid it some more. Photo's don't match item quality in any respect and you will be disappointed. Item I have is also damaged with no uk plug… it is horrible and also useless. Then you can try to return the item. But find that the postage to China (my experience) takes a fair whack out of the original cost. Then what if the seller claims the didn't receive it? I can find no buyer protection policy similar to that Amazon and eBay provide. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

I've ordered some manga 1,5 month ago giving me the indication of getting it 25-04-2023. Which has already passed the date. Whenever I wanted to try to get information about tracking I never received a reply giving me the tracking link. When it expired the date I wanted to fill this in for a complain where my package is. Whenever trying this I received an error telling me to try again at another moment -> This kept on going and going no matter how long I waited... When noticing this kept on going I went to PayPal to fill in a complain with trust they will help me with this issue and probably refund me my money back.

Please be aware when buying from this webshop! I've done some research from the seller that (shipped) my books... They don't even have the manga I ordered at their online webshop making this a full on scam!

So please be aware and dont buy from this site!

I purchased some small multi-coloured birds last week they arrived today they are so cute and the delivery was quick.
The birds were exactly what I ordered and liked.

It took forever for the order to arrive. I ordered four 2023 Mahjongg Cards. They finally arrived and are made of very cheap, flimsy cardboard/paper. They are also a cheap copy of the 2022 cards without any changes. When i attempt to contact Fuugo, the links not work. I think it is a scam!

Pictured and described as hanging baskets with silk flowers which I ordered 2 paid £40 and revived 2 stems of petunias which I could have bought from eBay for £8. Absolutely disgusted deceiving people with no consequences. Shocking please avoid unless your prepared to be ripped off

Do not buy, they do not meet the delivery deadlines, delays of 20 days after the announcement, when there are delays in delivery they do not accept returns or charge high costs for the customer to give up.

Purchased some razors from Fruugo. Absolute Junk! Dont waste your money. Tried to return but the freight through USPS was almost the entire cost. How is that China can send products here to the U.S. and we cant even touch that rate! Anyways, buyer beware. This place is the king of knockoffs.
Website is low budget. Probably would never get my money back even if the return freight was cheaper.

I did purchase 100 % silk scarf and received 100% polyster. Whole scheme is to full people and send crap from China.

My order never came, I contacted fruugo and the customer service was pathetic said because my order was more than a few months ago they can't help me. Rip offs, buy elsewhere.

Terrible product, service and horrible experience. The product took forever to get here and totally unusable. It turns out I need to pay for shipping the return which costs more than the product itself. Never buy from this site. Amazon is way better and reliable.

Have purchased a few products from Fruugo, usually very cheap quality, take forever to arrive and made in China, you get what you pay for I guess. Impossible to unsubscribe from emails as the unsubscribe link is the only link on their emails that doesn't work - that tells something! Questions section was also useless and took me in circles. As one review said THREE STRIKES AND YOUR OUT FRUUGO! I have blocked them and will no longer purchase anything from them.

I bought a phone from fruugo, which theh did send out, but evri lost my item, but I have sent message after message to fruugo and theh don't reply, so no phone or money back not happy,

First of all they give two inaccurate date of shipping,second when I received it it was horrible smell like petroleum,third the size I ordeis 13-14I received it with size 10-11.
When I tried to send it back it will cost me more than 10£.

Not even worth one star! I purchased "Rebright" eyedrops from them and received a nock-off, fake product from China. No instructions, no ingredient list.
It severely burned my eyes when I put a drop in. Dangerous!
