I ordered a fire proof rug, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website it is a cheap piece of plastic. Not at all suitable to use as an indoor fireplace rug as described. When I asked for a refund they said only if I returned it and paid the postage!

Just ordered then read that I can't cancel the order. Feel like a pest that I've been scammed. Won't see the product or my money again! $#*! you china!

Order something on their website and found out after order that the total price is different than what presented. On tot of that I payed VAT for the product and also had to pay it again on delivery (ordered from Romania). Support is inexistent, they let you complain on the product and burry that down deep so you won't be able to track or hear from them anymore.

What was supposed to be a fun gift for my partner's 50 ends up being a little sad. This TP was advertised with a gift box, but instead I ended up with a -ty grey plastic envelope from some warehouse in China. I'm wondering who thought that would be fun. Beyond disappointed.

The order did not receive but it's showing delivered. No contact number to be called. No email address to send a complaint. Raised already a complaint via their website but it seems nothing is happening.

They delivered the wrong item, passed along my enquiry to supplier, and disappeared!
Even there local website is unreachable! Disgraceful!

It's all a scam. Nothing is from the Netherlands all comes from China and Hong Kong and takes forever to arrive. My order didn't arrive after 3 months, I'm asking a refund and cancellation but they're replying with very bad English and not trying to help.
If I try to track the order it shows that my item returned to the seller but the Fruugo team says otherwise.

Paper covered florist wire paid $28 but no wire in paper so wasted $28 so completely useless product

They said 24th February is the latest time for my Item to arrive. I ordered at 6th february, its long enough for a swiss army knife... I waited, another week, it didn't come. Then I contacted them. Over and over again, they tell you they will reply in 48 hours, another week, I try so many options to contact them and no reply. So... Where is my money? If it isn't a scamm, its a terrible real company. Do not buy from them!

I returned my full order mid January and am still waiting for a refund, very slow to react to emails sent. Apparently the office was closed when my return was delivered which is very odd as well. Very disappointed and definitely not worth ordering from them

I ordered a mask of an old man for a prank on my boyfriend. But the joke was on me when it came. It had two moustaches for eyebrows and a questionable hairline. I had a very good laugh at its expense though so it was worth the money for how bad it was. 2 stars for the humour

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Avoid them! They took my money £35.11, sent me completely the wrong item, and despite numerous emails over the past weeks they have neither provided the proper replacement or a refund. Which makes them thieves! So I am warning everyone. Order No. *******. Tracie Carter

Spent so much money in costumes because it confirmed a day of delivery that suited me for a party but it never arrived. Nearly 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting. I had to buy urgent costumes, which I paid so much shipping fees for, to guarantee delivery last minute through another company. The most unreliable site ever. Then on top of that they don't even have an email to make complaints to only a Q&A type of correspondence for a refund which you have to pay for to send back, it's expensive and not even worth it either. The stress of it all is not worth it.
