Everyone who says Fruugo is bad or "fraudulent" is high on drugs. I ordered something from Sweden 5 days ago and they update you EXACTLY where your package is every other hour. Don't think twice about the raging comments on here of people who messed up their own order or extreme cases. Go Fruugo!
I received very positive, fast and helpful assistance regarding my order from Rebecca C today. It's important that online orders have help when needed.
Don't even think about buying anything on this platform. I bought a veterinary product and when it arrived it was clearly a counterfeit. I contacted them, sent several photos where it was clear that it was fake. The only thing they did was supposedly contact the seller, the seller said that he refused to give me a refund and that's it. The platform ignores it and you lose your money. Another detail is that they only inform you where your product comes from when you have already paid. I saw that it came from China when I already paid and that's when it started to smell bad, because it is a product that is manufactured in Europe.
They have the worst customer service ever. They don't deliver your order, and they don't see that as a pronlem. It's been over a month and I haven't received my order. As per their tracking link there was failed delivery attempt. I am at home, nobody knocked, nobody called me... When did thst alleged delivery attempt happened? Their replied to this is 'We checked and there was a failed delivery attempt and we suggest you contact your local courier.' Isn't that helpful. Now I just need to hire a psychic to find out who the local courier is, and do my research to find the right contact number, as apparently that's not the job of person paid to do the job of a customer service. Never ordering again from them!
I'm not really happy with this app l other a battery for my little brother but it's been a while now l haven't received and they don't reply to my emails and it was so expensive
They used a.ca to make me believe the order was shipping from Canada when I'm fact it's not. Very Misleading
Ich habe 2 STK Viking Arm Nachbau um € 116,00 bestellt ( extra noch die Teureren genommen)
In der Beschreibung wurden Fotos von den Originalen verwendet und Belastbarkeit bis 150kg angegeben. Bekommen habe ich ein Produkt das großteils aus Kunststoff gefertigt war. Die Teile aus Metall haben sich bei der Anwendung verbogen und es gab keine Absenkmöglichkeit.
Billiger chinesischer Nachbau um viel Geld.
Habe eine Reklamation an Fruugo gesendet und bekam die Aufforderung Fotos zu schicken und den Grund der Reklamation anhand der Fotos genauer zu beschreiben.
Es dauerte immer etwas länger bis wieder eine Mail vom Kundendienst gekommen ist, aber ich wurde dann informiert das die Reklamation an den Verkäufer weitergeleitet wurde.
Entgegen meiner Erwartung bekam ich dann die Info das ich eine volle Rückerstattung bekomme und den Artikel 30 Tage aufbewahren soll, falls der Verkäufer die Ware zurück will.
Wie gesagt es dauerte Alles etwas länger, aber der Kundenservice von Fruugo hat funktioniert.

I have done a review on this company regarding the bad service and fraudulent promises on delivery of the product i ordered. They have not yet respond to my request and if i try to report or query my order the website does not allow you to continue. There are no email address that is working and no contact detail to try and solve the problem. They refer you to get in contact with the supplier but no detail of the supplier or contact information. Money lost!
Absolutely disgusted with what l received! Doesn't look anything like the advertised garment. My advice would be NEVER order from Fruugo. They know people aren't going to go to the effort of sending stuff back so they can just send you RUBBISH!
The mask looks like it was made by a child, using and old, used plastic and a very poor painted on square. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture in any way. The shape isn't even the same. The material is not as described and the quality is a sad excuse for a piece of garbage that even garbage island wouldn't allow it to float into it if it was thrown into the ocean. Shame shame shame and what a waste of time.
I order a CD player for my son and they sent me a all weather emergency torch, I got in touch to sort out a return and a refund they told me they would give me 20% of and gift the torch to some one, I decided then they offered me 30% and gift it to someone I declined again and then stop answering my emails. DO NOT USE
I've tried to cancel my order a minute after it was sent. An error notification not allowing it. There are no contact detail to the supplier. They are not honest

Rendeltem egy ruhát 15.000 Ft-ért. Megérkezett, de nagyon rossz minőségű. Vissza akartam adni. A visszaküldés költsége 17.000 Ft. Nem térítik meg. Tehát rossz minőség és rossz visszaküldési politika! Ne rendeljen itt. Jobb, mint a Wishon keresztül, vagy ilyesmi. Ezeknek sokkal jobb visszaküldési politikájuk van
Unfortunately the pack advertised was not what was delivered. I'm wondering whether writing to them would resolve this inconvenience based on the reviews. I feel this is a site I won't be shopping with again, customer service is everything online. I also received the delivery late, past the event I bought them for!
I ordered an Item on Fruugo platform in July and paid for it. Was advised in August that the item is no longer available and that I would be refunded. As of 13/10 2023 I have not received a refund. Much correspondence between myself and Fruugo later they insist that the refund has been done and place the onus on me to trace it. Nedbank says there's no way they can trace it and I'm left R1200 short. Fruugo is useless.
Very poor, buy with caution... in fact just get your cash and burn it in a dish. As buying from here is the same. Another fake chappy con site from china
Had an issue with this company for 3 months about a product that doesn't work. To return its going to cost more than I paid for it, they said this morning its been resolved but haven't told me what has been done, must think I'm a mind reader, communication with this company is crap, stay away at all cost.
