Ordered a Christmas present on December 5th by 21st it still hadn't even been received at the original location but I wasn't allowed to request an update because it wasn't past the expected delivery date which was 18th-19th. After ages working my way through their awful contact system they eventually decided they had lost my parcel and cancelled the order. Awful and unprofessional do not use

I ordered over a month ago but i never received my order and when i complained, they said they will look into it which never happened. Not a trustworthy online market place. I would definitely advise to avoid shopping there.

In case you have any unpredictable problems, in my case, those were the customs clearance issues, both Fruugo and the seller (I purchased from EauDeluxe located in Hackensack) just ignore you, they don't provide any support or clear answers. Forget about your money. I will never ever again purchase anything from this website.

I ordered a white fox hoodie for a Christmas present for my daughter and paid 54 euro. A cheap fake copy arrived. I emailed Fruugo and had an initial response but have been ghosted since. Horrible customer service. Avoid

I purchased an item through fruugo intended as a Christmas gift. The item was sent from China. When it arrived the quality was very poor, not worth the money, and it was damaged. There was no returns label enclosed.
I contacted frugoo on their customer service page and promptly received an email from *******@fruugo.com asking me to reply to the email, explaining the problem and to attach a photo showing the damage.
I did as requested but I received a notification that my email had failed. I have since tried several times but the result is always the same. Looks like I will be stuck with a sub standard damaged item I can do nothing with.
I will never purchase anything from fruugo again.

Well, on site they write in stock and in the shipping options express delivery up to 7 days and more than 20EUR for shipping. Trying to contact them for 4 times to find out the where exactly the package is. No reply, only automatic ones. I have received the costume for my Friday party on following Monday.
16 days after placing order. Thank you! You can keep it! The refund will cost me other shipping costs of course. Never ever gonna use this site.

Frugal sent me an inferior item worth $35 when I paid $74.
Complaint emails impossible to send.
I did one of many through somehow but no response and no refund.

Ordered an expensive onsie for my daughter for xmas, recieved a fake in the wrong size, cannot contact seller as it errors out, this is a sham site, don't use. I will never use again. Buyer beware. BUYER BEWARE

There is a reason why you cant review products and what i recieved is not what i ordered.
Funny fact, they send order from china so i had to wait 1 month for nothing.
Buy from Aliexpress instead...

My package never arrived, no answer, no refund. They are scanners. Do not order anything on fruugo!

First time user of Fruugo. They will charge your card but that's it. Can not get any assistance or response. Tracking does not work. Stay away from this site.

I bought a product on Fruugo.ae and I received a counterfeit product.
I imagine it can happen and I am not blaming them for that.
The thing is I am struggling with the after sales service which is simply catastrophic, slow in answering my claim and ignoring my wish to send back the product and refund me.

I purchased a pair of women's boots for my daughter at a cost of £54.00 they looked nothing like the picture they was just cheap thin plastic boots not even worth £10.00 but when buying from china remember that if you want to return the item it is going to cost you a small fortune I had to pay £22.00 to return them so in total the boot have cost me £76.00 I'll stick to the high street from now on.

I bought an outdoor Christmas dog decoration as their website shows but received a flat picture attached plastic panel. Is it a joke! I cannot believe their business like this. The worst is returns are paid by the buyer to China via traceable international mail. Don't buy from them!

Not to advise anybody to purchase from Fruugo. No cancelation of purchase possible. No proper contact channels

I had a parcel that did not arrive from China. It was impossible to contact the supplier but Natalie was fantastic in dealing with them and processing my refund. Thank you Natalie, my faith in Customer Service has been restored!.

It has been over a month and my order shows stuck for 25 days in transit at the same place.no real contact way,no one to talk to emails not answered,and to get my payment back from them through paypal i have to wait for 6(!?) months...DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAM!

They cancelled my order. This was a gift. I received an email stating order cancelled at my request!
At no point did I ask, type, call to cancel
