I was buying a book, it wasn't indicated it's a CD - photo was of a book, which is inaccurate. I was trying to explain about this, how unclear it is to their customers, and asked for a prepaid label, but they were proving their point how wrong i was. Unbelievable experience! Avoid!

So i was searshing on the internet about Fruugo like i always doo before i buy anything from anywhere and yeah the reviews are pretty bad as the "customer service" they have... I sent them multiple questions about multiple items and i always got the same (bot answer) for every question... At some point i started pointing the finger at them and i had a answer probably from a real person asking for my order number and my account details... I said i never made a order and my question was about the item itself before buying and i never had a answer back. So i advise to doo your researsh before buying from Fruugo or anyone else.
I ordered a tee-shirt from the site and while my email confirmation could not be "tracked" with the blue bar provided? My shirt arrived within 2 weeks- right color, right size. Was NOT a tee shirt for say, a rabbit or an infant. I'd order again.
I have now completed 5 or 6 transactions utilizing this company and they all have consistently great. Extremely prompt communications. SUPER fast delivery! I live in upstate NY USA. The orders I have received through Fruugo have arrived far faster than many domestic orders I have placed.

Ordered what was described as a "pack" of security cameras, with SD cards. Photo showed four units. Confirmation email read like it was a pack, but used the word camera singularly. Credit card was already charged by the time the email arrived, so we decided to wait and see what we got. Received ONE in a box with useless instructions written by someone who obviously has no command of the English language. No SD cards at all. Worse, it does nothing at all. Just a little plastic button. The downloaded app doesn't do anything either. RUN, RUN, RUN from these scammers!

Contacted the company on Frugo because the product did not work at all. They kept asking me to send them a video but the platform only allows image upload and they gave me no other way to send the video. They said they couldn't give me a refund without a video but gave me no way to send the video. The whole experience was beyond stupid. DO NOT SHOP THERE! Also takes months to ship anything. Not clear from the website this would be the case.
1. Its written on items 24h shippment, while they transfering everything from china (which can never ever be 24h, but they excuse it with "COVID regulations in many countries problems".
The package never arrived, the tracking system isn't legit, they respond fast on emails but with fake information about the location.

Fruugo are selling electrical products from China that lacks CE marking and are illegal to use in Europe. When I try to get a refund they stall with a lot of meaningless questions until Paypal rejected my claim. Then there was complete silence and no answere to emails. STAY AWAY
I have never received my order.

Enquiries and requests for refund are replied to with platitudes and nonsense. Eg. Your package is on its way, thank you for your patience. Do not waste or time or energy buying from this site
Never have I experienced such an inefficient online company. They do not respond to emails from their Customer Service department and delivery takes ages. DO NOT USE THEM

Long story short. 2 months later. Rec wrong item. Was damaged. Would refund Only If I return to CHINA at my cost. Takes a week to get a reply to every concern. Still unresolved. Disputing charges on my visa.
