Never order anything from fruggo it's a total scam, I ordered magic mixies for my child's birthday and received one little pot not even worth keeping as a show piece, my child is very disappointed because it's not the real toy which her friend got from Walmart.
I ordered a gaming keyboard and mouse in October 2021 for an Xmas gift for my son to the value of $180…. A decent one here in NZ costs around $100. It arrived just before Xmas and 2 months later the mouse buttons were such rubbish that it started to fall apart… as like all the reviews here, I get a real crappy response saying they will reimburse me $10 for a repair. I thought spending a bit more on 'quality' was worthwhile Don't get caught their quality is rubbish and have the cheek to blame me for breaking the mouse …. Now all of a sudden my emails bounce back! This is BS
I ordered a Franklin Armstrong from the Peanuts Gang T-$#*!, I haven't received my T-shirt as of yet. The tracking number that was sent to my Email is the wrong tracking number. I have no information on the wear about of my shirt. I ordered my shirt on May 24th 2022. I received an email stating it would be delivered on June 6th. I haven't received my shirt. I will not order from this site again.

I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner via order number ******* which will not run. The fault is that the electrical connector block between the motherboard and a drive wheel is broken. This prevents electrical connection.
I have reported the fault twice to Fruugo but they failed to reply. I tried their telephone number but received the automated reply that their staff do not have an access to the telephone.
I reported the fault to EUFY the maker of the robot. They say that the guarantee can only be processed through Fruugo.

Please don't buy from this company. They sent me a cheap copy of a wooden dog lamp. It should have been solid wood, nicely finished with inset nuts and bolts. Instead they sent me a cheap veneered rough finished version with a split in it where they tapped a tack into it, the nuts and bolts are sticking out, light doesn't even work…. They are using delaying tactics to avoid refunding. I've raised issue with PayPal. Avoid them.

I purchased something valuable of 100$ and they don't care about my complain that I wanna return it! There is no proper customer service care! Only a robot is answering the our emails every 3 days with the same answer as what they sent previousely and no refunds or return has happened! I strongly discourage you from shopping from Fruugo :(( (
The box of cards claimed packs had 10 cards with an energy and an online code card. The packs had 9 cards and no energy or codes. The cards are also all counterfeit. Very disappointing for my children.

Never received the delivery from them and impossible to reach them. It's been 2 weeks since the order should have arrived. On the website tried to check the status but of course it doesn't work. Tried finding a phone number I can contact them by but its not avilable
Ordered a hair dryer rolling cost $80 It took 2 months to arrive. Quality is poor, customer service is ZERO as they don't respond. Used the items once where started to fall a part. This website is scammers they advertise for quality they don't possess. Warring people NOT TO CONSIDER ordering nor looking at the AD they advise as it's all cheating. Would never recommend using the website. Basically they are thieves behind closed doors.

Horrible experience. I ordered two things, one arrived after a month of waiting, the other never arrived. No refund, no update, just ghosted me. The tracking link they provided in the original email was a dead link. When I went to contact them about what happened, I realized what a racket this company is. You can NOT get in touch with anyone. They provided me with the smallest imaginable whiff of customer service in broken english before closing my inquiry as if anything had been resolved. After waiting for almost three months, still nothing. Now I have to haggle with my bank to see if I can get the money refunded. UGGGGGGHHHHHHH!

I should've looked at the reviews first. I see they received a lot of one out of fives. Purchased a baby video monitor that was clearly marked down from 209 which had a line through it and below it listed it at $169. They charged me the $209 plus the tax so it was about $237. I have emailed back-and-forth with them. There is no give on their part they keep asking me to send some sort of confirmation sheet. I keep telling them it's irrelevant, it's marked $169. Honor it but they won't. I consider this to be fraud and thievery. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and hoping they go bankrupt. If they had offered me a zero rating I would've chosen that
Fruugo is the worst ever. I would not recommend it to anyone, I have been expecting my order since March, and it's now end of May. Fruugo is a SCAM and I wish it could be investigated.
We ordered a jersey in a youth xs but we got what appeared to be a medium but there was no tag and it came with shorts and those were also what appeared to be a medium as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED
I ordered 2 packs of 12 solar lights at $30.00 each (60 lights) I received 2 lights, The item description has been removed from their website, and they claim what I ordered was 2 lights, I could have bought the same set of 12 lights on amazon for $29.00, So I know they are lying and ripping me off. Emailed customer service, reply was not helpful at all, I guess I should be grateful they replied at all, lesson learned; "DO NOT BUY FROM FRUUGO"
I ordered supposedly refurbished items from this site. Everything looked legitimate from the listing, and I believed I was dealing with a company with an Australian on-line presence. Not correct, there is no contact points, and the online assistance bots are really basic and not supportive. After over a month of trying to track the items, they arrived and are fake. The only mechanism is via the site to contact the seller (a random unknown in China now being exposed) who advises to send them back to a random Chinese address via tracked shipping, which I pay for. I'm not doing this. Essentially my money is gone, and I have no current belief that Fruugo will action my issues raised to them about Selling fake goods.
I ordered a USB-UCE6 cable for my camera. Site says 24 hours shipping, 3 days later a get a mail saying it will be shipped next week. Then it took 2 months, I tried contacting both the site and the third party vendor and got the worst "we dont care" attitude possible. Then when the thing came, it was the wrong cable! And when I told them about it they asked me to send it back to them and pay the shipping cost...
Dont go anywhere near that site if you value your money, lucky for me I only lost 10$ on this scam.
Ordered a plushie dog from them that was supposed to come with a code my seven-year-old son was heartbroken when he received the dog without the code that let me mention paid an extra $22 for when I confronted them about it they told me it was a translation error and no code was to come with it my question is why do they sell one for $37 and one is $17 for the same plushie dog anyways live and learn I guess I will be reporting them to the better business bureau for false advertising
