Purchased the joystick kit below. They sent 1 joystick, 1 set of cables buttons etc. Im saying its a kit which clearly states you get 2 of everything., we are going around in circles here. Why oh why are these companies still allowed to trade. I have taken a photo of the box as well to show weight that only contains 1 set so can see im not pulling a fast one. Absolute crap, shocking company. COME ON TRADING STANDARDS!
I think the company is completely illegal and I wonder why they do not arrest those responsible; I bought 1 cable and it was never delivered to me. I sent more than 2 mails to the "supplier- Reytid" But without telling me where my order is, but to be patient and wait, I also opened the "fruugo Request" complaint but no one there knows where is my order? I also contacted the Royal mail company that supposedly sends the products and there again nothing.

I wanted to order an external hard drive. The description of the product was (2.5insata Usb3.0) 2tb External Hard Drive External Box. So I received an empty box for the price of €29.95.

Wrong order received. Their "help" section is useless. Many messages to them are a waste of time. I queried their 48 hour response to resolve the problem and I got a message back that they would contact me in 48 hours!

I paid for 300 cards and they send me 100, they wrote it will arrive in 3 days and I got after a month
It took just over a month for my product to arrive and when it did finally arrive it was tiny and not what the picture showed. It was the same picture of a gnome I brought from Amazon but when it arrived it was something completely different! I won't purchase through fruugo again
27 days since ordering and trying to get answers is impossible. They hide behind interactive helpcenter with questions after questions but no answer
Order shoes UK size 6 (EU 39) and received US size 6 (EU 3). I made contact with Fruggo Help Desk via email to explain the shoes had been incorrectly sent and to request a returns labels to return wrong item and to gain a full refund. Fruggo said they are unable to offer a returns label and can only offer a partial refund of 50%. I find this service very poor with no returns policy and only partial refunds and after many emails, Fruggo increased their partial refund offer to 70%, and having wasted so much time back and forth with attachments to email, I felt I had lost the will to live and said I would accept their 70% partial refund, so I have lost money and I will never use Fruggo in the future and will go on every review website to discredit Fruggo.
What a bunch of scammers! Please avoid purchasing from this marketplace by all means. I made an order that was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days, but instead after 4 days I received an email saying that the order will be delivered in 10-14 days. After having contacted them and asking them to cancel the order, I got a reply that it was impossible, so I wrote back saying I would have to return it once I received it. But when I asked them for a return label they said quote "sorry, There is nothing wrong with the product, we do not accept returns". I sent them a screenshot from their own return policy webpage where it states in black and white that "you may return your order for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason" and got the same duplicated reply back: we do not accept returns.
They lied twice (first about the delivery dates and then about not accepting returns) and violated my customer's right to make a return.

I placed an order with Fruugo on 2/12/22 and still have not received anything nor have I received an update. My order simply says shipped under the order status. Customer service is non existing.
On January 1st 2022, I placed an order worth more than $150 or £120 and it told me, shipping time is about 2 weeks. Now after 11 weeks, I have received nothing. They don't even reply to E-mails, which makes me think that the whole business is scam.
Let's see what happens.
After waiting weeks on the 5 in 1 hairdryer when it eventually came it was going for about 1 minute before it started to make a burning smell and a crackling noise! Only to be told by this company that it was tested before it was posted and it was fine. Then to be told new products smell! Yeah not of burning then crackle and stop working! Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I ordered my products on 21st January Today is 14th March. They are still in China and the site says it can take up to 14 business days. I will not be using this company again

Ordered a training collar on the 19th February, was told it would be here between the 25th Feb & the 10th March, not arrived. Unfortunately I broke my mobile & got a new one which meant I lost all my emails etc. I have been trying all morning to fill in the online "delivery line" to no avail, even googled & rang helpline, no success there either. The payment came out of my account on the 19th Feb. Absolutely furious to say the least, what an absolute rip off, no wonder all the bad reviews. How much money is this scam site making

Ordered a dress for my daughter and was agreed to arrive 2nd March latest. It didn't arrive so I bought elsewhere and contacted Fruugo UK and they said it cannot be refunded and can pay the cost to return. I said this is not fair as you have not supplied in time. I have emailed numerous times and they keep saying the same thing and ignoring my questions. I have sought legal advice and reported to trading standards. Please do not use this company as once they have your money there is no service and no way of getting it back! Unfortunately gave them many chances to resolve but they refused!
