I saw an item on Fruugo Australia quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else - plus free shipping so I ordered 6/2/22. Out of curiosity I decided to check out Reviews on Fruugo & was horrified at what I read so naturally gave up expecting anything like I ordered or worse case scenario if I would ever receive my item considering it was obvious the item was coming from China & not as I presumed, Australia. As it was only $20 I accepted I had done my money one way or the other. I received updates, tracking appeared to be spot on although I was sceptical it was authentic after reading Reviews. I was advised it had reached my Post Office Box on 2/3/22. The item is exactly the same as more expensive ones available on line & it took a good month less to arrive than other items I have ordered from overseas & that was prior to the pandemic! In view of all the negative Reviews I have taken time to write of my experience because I am truly delighted with the entire process. I possibly will not order from them again however am more than happy to give them 5 stars on this occasion.
Place an order for a men's Chicago bulls jersey for my son-in-law beginning of November. Received package December 24th, I was excited cause his Christmas present finally arrived. They sent a youth jersey and short set instead. I sent email to them right away and got an automated reply back. I have sent over 25 emails to them with some replies back. I sent them pictures of what was sent and what I ordered. I almost gave up and took the loss but finally on March 2nd they gave me a refund. Their prices are great but don't be fooled. Never again.
Hi, I purchased 2 products through this site. One delivery time was from the 14th to the 25th February. One from the 4th Feb to the 17th Feb. Nothing has arrived. One excuse was because of covid which has been around for over 2 years. The next excuse was because of there spring break. I have waited now another 2 to 3 weeks and still nothing! Do not buy
I have worked out that these retailers use a cheap lead in price to get you to purchase. Then your order is canceled (fortunately refunded) and the reason offered is that "your address is not recognised".
Interesting response given the address has been in existence for 92 years.
After exchanging many emails, they blame their logistics company.
Then you see your item removed from the website and then reposted at a higher price.
Disgusting trade practices and absolutely no communication or intervention from Fruugo. They clearly protect their retailer's dodgy practices.

I ordered Octonauts set for my godson's birthday. I received it after a month in a horrible condition, all packaging was damaged and destroyed. It is impossible to bring this set without the packaging for someones birthday. I contacted the store to ask to cover the return expenses as I cannot bring the set without the packaging and sent them all photos as a proof as well. They just said that as the set itself was not damaged I have to pay for the return. Very disappointing, I had to get a different present last minute and now will also have to pay a lot for the return to China
This has been going on for over a week now. At first i thought its local & hence ordered to later find out its not. Ordered 2 coiled charging cords under 1 order, received 1tracking number from 1 retailer other retailer sent an email same time with confirming order & ready to be shipped but no tracking number. I have sent pics of the courier received and 1 product from one retailer. Raised an enquiry its a nightmare getting an update or response for it. With no positive outcome as yet, their online GET HELP is a joke. After sending messages pertaining to the issue you receive an email sorry to here you did not receive your order to investigate can you send your address with zip/postcode, did that too and you still get similar email response vs anyone genuienuly trying to resolve the issue.
Wast of time for me but giving other a heads up to be aware and not to waste your time & money here. The one retailer "DOVEMA" product i received from was the only one who responded when enquiry was raised that he has checked from his end and order shows completed. I responded back to him positively in fact he was the one who suggested it might be from another retailer and asked me to check. Below is my message to them FRUGGO on their forum. BAD RETAILER STUFF ENOUGH
We are going around in circles very very time consuming & frustrating. If you can't help in sending me a simple update on my order not recieved and keep on sending idotic emails of message not delivered after sending it from your web page its pathetic. Can you please cancel my order and refund me my money or send me the product. A simple reply to this i would expect from your end is Yes we can refund you your money for the product not received or we are sending you the product and here is the tracking number. Can you do that. I would like to give my feed back to your bosses for such a shoddy job and customer experience.

We ordered a bird cage from Fruugo in November 2021 paid for it and have never received it. They eventually responded in January 2022 after numerous attempts of trying to contact them, to say that the cage is at customs but no other information. No contact details, no tracking number. Since then no further communication. An absolute scam that has now in effect stolen money from us.
My purchase was of inferior quality after a protracted time frame for it to arrive. Photos were sent to Fruugo of the faulty shade sail to no avail. I can now see why Fruugo receives the overview of "Fruugo has a consumer rating of 1.42 stars from 52 reviews indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Fruugo ranks 394th among Marketplace sites."
Never buy from Fruugo, you do not get your order even when the retailer says it was shipped with bogus tracking numbers. Fruugo is never available to contact, no information to contact them, stay away from Fruugo

I buyed a hose for my hoover, at beginning of December 2021. I am in Romania and i payed very much for delivery, i don t expected to be delivery from Great Britain. Now is 19 th February 2022,, still i don t received my order. They told me tried to delivery to my door and called me but they never called me.And after that they told me my order is in post office after i payed s lot of money for door to door delivery. I messaged them a lot of times for refund and they lie me permanent. Now they told me the order leave the UK. I don t know what happened here. Big regrets i buyed from Fruugo. NEVER AGAIN.
I purchased rugby boots for my son and after accepting the order they came back to me saying it was cancelled due to a reason that was my fault (perhaps no money in account or change of address just non accurate BS). Will never use them… spend your time and money on reputable companies.
I have only made one order where I purchased over $100.00 worth of products. I think the sellers make lower quality imitations of what's available in the market. Be aware that if you're looking for savings, you'll get it, but the savings likely come from the cheaper way the product you're purchasing is made. In terms of "Best Deal" I would rather pay more and get something reliable and truly useful.

Fruggo Canada is clearly not located in Canada and is unethical. I bought two pair of boots from them in size 41. The boots arrived from …China, and although it says 41, fits like a 40/39. I tried for weeks to return the items to them and have them pay for the shipping. I have had over 30 exchanges with them. First they do not understand English and two, they refused to help. In addition, the products smell horrible. I think they stripped the cows live to make the shoes. I believe that any positive review of this company is posted by employees. I would not recommend to do business with them. These boots are sold by a variety of companies under different names, but clearly they come from the same sweatshop in China. I gave up on them and threw away the boots. They advertise on FaceBook under a variety of names. Buyer Beware.
I purchased a hoverboard for my young son for Christmas, which turned up as promised. However, it didn't work on Christmas Day and it still doesn't work. I've contacted the retailer and Fruugo on numerous occasions to attempt to get a replacement and all I got was a promise to contact me when I left a review elsewhere. When I responded to that contact, back to nothing. This is beyond frustrating and sadly we're almost a month since Christmas and my 8 year old son still has no Christmas present. I call the number and, of course Covid is an excellent excuse for nobody to answer the phone. I feel like my only recourse now is legal. Unfortunately I had only seen positive reviews when I purchased from them and had not seen the negative reviews. I feel I need to warn others to steer clear. If I owned or worked for this company I would be embarrassed and ashamed. Order number *******.
