Found out from my bank today that free shipping.com has took out $10 January and $10 this February and now I've had to pay overdraft fees. I never signed up for this bull and it's pretty ridiculous that a so-called company can parade right into someone that's disableds bank account or anybody for that matter, Never agreed to this but they say karma is a $#*! I just wouldn't know.

Horrible! I don't even know how I ended up being roped into this! When I called the credit card to inquire what this charge was for, they stated that this charge has been disputed many times because customers are not aware how they are agreeing to this subscription. Shame on freeshipping!

I have been a member for a number of years and this actually turned out to be a good deal for me because I buy almost everything on line. I had cancelled my membership and then recently signed up again. This time I have had some issues receiving cash back for purchases. I have written three times and still have no answer. So, not so happy this time around.

My credit card has been charged for this service for months. This month I finally start getting cashback then without warning or even an email my account is removed. I had to reach out to freeshipping.com to find out why my account was deleted. I was told I had multiple accounts. I don't. I only have the 1 account they've been charging me for months for. Freeshipping.com deleted my account because they owe me cashback and don't want to pay.

I asked some questions to get clarification: How many accounts do I have? When were they open and closed? What are the email addresses associated with them? How were the accounts closed? What are the billing addresses associated with the accounts? Crickets

They haven't emailed me back. They haven't refunded me. They haven't paid the money they owe. They haven't reopened my account.

After months of paying for freeshipping.com's service they haven't paid me a single cent. They will close your account before paying you.

I will be going to the Department of Consumer Protection to take action against freeshipping.com.

Beware of this company! They are scam artists of the highest degree.
It all began when I sent my partner flowers in 2018; when the flower company offers you free shipping don't believe it. I was automatically enrolled in freeshipping.com unbeknownst to me.
I have never filled out an application, or been advised of a free trial. The only reason I realized the recurring monthly charges was when I scrutinized charges on my American Express statement.
Unfortunately American express was only able to credit a few months of the charges.
I called and canceled my unknown membership immediately.
I will do my best to expose this disingenuous internet company and their deceptive marketing practices, they should be ashamed.

This company is fraudulant. If you purchase something, they have built in a mechanism to have you "join" their "membership" and charge you every month for $12.97. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Deceptive company

Be careful if you buy something on a website (Amazon, NHL.com, etc.) and an offer for "free shipping" pops up. If you respond to it, it automatically signs you up for their useless service and bills you for 12.95 a month. If you see this ad, check your card statement for a couple of months so you can call to cancel it.

If you see anything about Freeshipping.com don't even click on it. Even if you just go the website to look at it they still charge you. I never put in my bank info and I noticed I had $13.00 taken out. I called and explained that I didn't even accept anything and I existed the sight and I was still charged. They canceled the monthly membership that I didn't except to and refused to reimburse me the money they wrongfully withdrew. So be aware, even if you don't put your account info in they still get the money. UNBELIEVABLE!

This website is AMAZING. I really can't understand why so many people under-rate it. If you read the FAQ & policies, you would understand & eventually love this website as much as I do! Just recently I made a purchase@ Old Navy online using their link. After a few days I realized the CB (cashback) was yet to be approved. So I emailed their WONDERFUL cust serv & in a timely manner, Tammy got back to me explaining that using an external coupon (which I did) not found on the Freeshipping.com page, may prevent the CB from being approved. Howeverrr, Tammy was very generous in still approving the 10% cash back from my TOTAL amnt spent@ Old navy. I am currently on an absolutely FREE 30-day trial & according to my calculations, I have about $120 in rebates & cash back waiting to be sent out to me this month. This is $120 that I couldn't have saved if it weren't for this amazing website. People. If you don't do proper research, do not give negative reviewsss! My goodness, this website is so under appreciated & so wrongly rated. Freeshipping is awesome! If you're a Savvy shopper, this is the website for you!

Freeshipping.com charges $9.99 to $14.95 per month for it's free membership. I found that out when I called. If you truly want a good cash back company on your purchases, I would recommend Rakuten. No I don't work for Rakuten, I have used them over and over for my purchases. At the end of every quarter, I receive a check with all my cash earned in the mail and I deposit it in my bank. Rakuten is the only free site I know of at this time. :)

BAD Experience

Well today I found out that I have been being charged for this cite. Yes I'm stupid but I swear I never signed up for this service. I was told by my credit card company that there is a box that needed to be UNCHECKED or you get signed up for a monthly charge! Yes they stopped my charges now I am trying to get back the months of charges for something I did not knowingly sign up for nor did I ever use!

What started it was my credit card company Visa sent me an email and a text that this could be a scam! We will see if I can get back the bucks they took from me.

All I can say is BEWARE...

It would seem that this company is savvy on how to rip people off. Unaware, I was being charged a "membership fee" for their services. The customer service rep "John" basically laughed off my claims of their behavior telling me it was my fault for not reading their terms. It would seem that integrity and morals are hard to come by these days, and its just easier to steal peoples money, and blame them for it.

Mislead...

I shop on eBay all the time and I was checking out and saw freeshipping rebates on all purchases. So I'm thinking wow with how much I shop on eBay and spend on shipping this will save me 100s! So I sign up and do the rebates. It says approved for the first couple weeks then just when i get charged for the 2nd month they all turned to declined. I call customer service and she reads my rebates and recommends sending proof again. I then asked her if ebay was even eligible for rebate returns and she said send proof again. I said you didn't answer my question and she said 1000s of stores qualify. I said you didn't answer my question and she said no even though ebay led you hear they're not eligible so I canceled my membership. Let this determine whether or not you should sign up for www.freeshipping.com.
