Free shipping and pay pal work together. I ordered some thing and used pay pal to pay for it. Suddenly is a 10 dollar credit is offered to me by pay pal. But then I see get charged by free shipping.com. It make me so angry that pay pal would participate in scan such as this. Pay pal I am disappointed.
This is a legit and pretty efficient outfit. I've been a satisfied member for 6 months. They have an amazing variety of participating merchants, which is a lifesaver during COVID-19. I've learned always to check their website first, before placing an order. You do have to read their terms carefully about their procedures and dollar limits, which I didn't do at first. Sometimes I have to follow up on a missing rebate, but they are legitimate mistakes.

I looked at my bank account and noticed a discrepancy of being charged for $13.00 for Free Shipping. I talked to a rep for the company today and was lied to telling me I will be reimbursed and I clicked on a popup that signed me up some how for this. A true scamand when the BBB opens up tommorow I am filing a claim.

Most of the negative reviews I've seen here have been from people not knowing there was a subscription fee. They state their fees literally right on the front page of the website, as well as in their registration form. If you didn't read past the "free shipping" part, that's kind of on you.
If you order things online a lot and have tons of free time to wade through each retailer's list of exceptions, this service should pay for itself several times over throughout the year. Personally, it's a little too much work for me, but I can see how it would be useful for someone else.

It claims to offer free shipping on hundreds of items purchased from online retailers, but they fail to emphasize until you sign up that this you have to pay to receive the free shipping. Is free shipping then offering free shipping if you have to pay for it? On the one hand yes but on the other hand no. In a sense it is moving the cost of shipping from the retailer to them. Oh and they promise a rebate. Well the rebate will cover the cost of the sign up if I get it but after signing up and paying for the first month the rebate was scheduled to be sent after the second months payment would have processed. This means I would have paid 2x what the shipping cost me to get a rebate. So if I cancel now and don't receive a check I have paid 2x for the shipping. If they send me a check its a wash and I won't be out money. We'll see what happens but I doubt I receive the check since I cancelled instead of being out more money. Shame on me for thinking they would rebate in a timely manner. Shame on Freeshipping.com for not being more upfront with their policies... oh wait if they did that then everyone would know it is a bait and switch scam.

Okay, so we all know you don't get something for nothing, right? We're all adults. FreeShipping is free THE FIRST MONTH, after which, it is $13 per month. I use it for everything I buy and the smallest check I've ever recieved back from them was $36, almost 3x what I paid for it. You've got to be vigilant and think about saving money every time you shop, but if you do, well, let's just say I'm getting a check for $280 in a few days from my April spending (I'm running a charity so lots of expenses. Plus it's not off-brand stores. It's places like Walmart, JoAnn Fabrics, you name it! There are 1000's of stores. They offer: 10% cash back if you shop starting at the site, Shipping Rebates up to $10 per shipment ($500 per year cap), Free Return Labels & Price Protection. No, I don't work for them, I just know how to use it & it works like a dream.

It is deceitful companies like this that give honest online retailers negative notoriety. I was scammed by freeshipping.com into thinking I was receiving a simple ordinary no-cost/no-obligation cash back rebate on a recent purchase I made from deluxe.com only to find out that this entire "cash back rebate" is a complete hoax & that freeshipping.com illegally without my authorization decided to take it upon themselves and fraudulently use my stored debit card information on file to attempt & process a bogus transaction through my bank account for a small amount of money I can only assume the intent of attempting to charge such a trivial amount was merely a trial run to see if the transaction would actually go through and if successful would take it upon themselves to withdraw money from my account at there own free will.
Don't fall for this "cash back rebate" scam perpetrated by this reprehensible company

This is more of a warning and not a rating, because I didn't actually use the website because they are deceptive and shady. They will charge you a monthly fee but will put it in apparently microscopic print so you actually do not know about it. Plain and simple, if a company is going to charge any sort of monthly fee to its customers, it should be made obviously apparent. The fact they put it in the fine print and emphasize the aspects of free shipping and rewards shows that their goal is to trick and deceive, there is no other explanation. Again, don't know how the website is, maybe it's nifty, but be vigilant.

I tried to order some grocery and let it in the cart. I checked my email later found out I was asked to fill up a form for free shipping so I assume it is from the grocery in my cat. I did it! Once i realized i made a mistake i email them and was told I need to offer them my zip code and email address. I did but I got another email asking for me c card #. I gave them the # and asked them to cancel the account and verify it with me. Never heard back from them. I canceled my c card. I think it is a spam.

Got half way through filling out a form for $10 cash back after shopping on NFL.com, after realizing that I was no longer on NFL.com I decided to look up what freeshipping.com really is. I can tell you without even sighing up (hopfully NFL didnt give my info to this website) that these guys use a nasty business practice that should honestly get them shut down. They trick people into thinking that your getting somthing but in reality they take from you once you put your info in but what the bad part about it is they will pop up right after you buy somthing online and they do it in a fashion where you dont even know you left the website you bought stuff on. Also when I got to the website there's a huge start here button and at the bottom really small it says somthing about a monthly fee. Scummy way to stealing people's money legally. And samantha please dont even bother responding with your awful paste response that you put on everyone's reviews. You arent tricking anyone.

I want to know if this service is worth the hassle. It seems like it could be. Everyone that was "desceptively" charged was not. They made a purchase and then after they paid they were asked if they wanted to receive $10 cash back or free shipping or something that sounded interesting. They then followed the link, which (in small print) explained that there was a monthly charge for this service. Did you think you were getting something for nothing? They do that before you pay, not after you have given them your money. You agreed to join the membership, and then your account was charged each month. When you called and explained, they quickly refunded you the money. To me, this shows they are a good company that could possibly save people money if one is willing to do the leg-work. There are not many free things that just pop up and you get it. You didn't win a lottery that you didn't play in a country that you have never been to.

I was on ebay after I ordered something, and they ad popped up saying, "this item you bought is ordered to give you $10 back on the shipping you paid for." And me being dumb, fell for it, and went on the website it stated you have to pay $2.00 in order to get the $10 back. And When I paid for it, it was the worst mistake I ever made. They gonna say you up to $10 after I paid for it. And they end up saying they will give me $1.00 back. Really!. And they never even gave me that. I emailed them and called them out on it and they never responded. I basically just gave them free $2.00. And then when I tried to use their trial for freeshipping (since I paid for it anyway), it doesn't work on no freeshipping i tried every website and the codes from them doesn't work. After I found that out, I immediately canceled their stuff so, they won't keep getting money out. But I thank God it was 2.00 instead of 10.00 like some people fell for. I repeat this is scam! Don't fall for them! I'm trying to work with lawyers to get this website shutdown so other people won't fall for it. Please everyone report this website! If they scammed me out of $2.00 that means they could scam thousands of other people which can add up to 2.00 times 1,000 which equals 2,000 they make off of a thousand people. That's alot of money. They sick manipulators and money hungry for money. I really hope they get what they deserve.

Charged my Pay Pal account $2.00,$10.00 and $10.00. I had never heard of these people.
I was told when I made an online purchase a pop up window came up and automatically charged my account.
How do they get away with this?

I do not remember when I clic to activate Freeshipping.com, probably went I ordered something on the web. This company should at least send us and invoice every month when they charged us, but no, they are doing it in silence, so you cannot realized that you have been hacked by this not even called a company. Yes a SCAM Company and some peoples a proud to work for them. This is a fraud and people get rich by doing this and they also build nice Website to promote hacking in front of everyone. And what about the seller or website who authorized them to do so. They are also guilty. I had not choice to clic at least on one star, but for me it is 0 star

I called fromyouflowers.com and they don't use this company nor have they ever heard of them! They only use local florists! File a claim of fraud with my bank and also Calling the BBB!

I have been charged $12.97 a month for a service(THAT I NEVER USED) since 2018! Shame on me for never noticing this charge. Will investigate this further to that purchase that it was tied to and never order from them again but will bring it to their attention that it happened with their purchase.

I had no idea I was signed up for this. When I called, they said Kohl's signed me up. I find this hard to believe but who knows. Being charged $13 per month WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! When I complained, I was credited 3 of the 4 months I was charged. What a racket!

I am sooo angry at myself for getting scammed in such a way. I really had NO idea that my card was being used and that I would be charged 13.00 monthly for a service I don't use. The whole scenario was incredibly deceptive and I wasn't aware enough to catch it until now ( 6 months later smh). I'm going to file a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Lost money for a hard lesson.
Unless you have items shipped regularly and actually know you want this service, stay away!

Keep charging to my credit card even if I cancelled it and called them. They stopped charging me for few months and again they start charging me. I would have missed it had I not checked my credit card statement thoroughly for another reason.

Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
