The free trial is 1 week practically to the hour. The $13 fee was charged at 6 am 7 calendar days later.
The offer was provided after I ordered flowers. Shipping is a small percentage of the shipping and handling fee. When I ordered flowers, the S&H was $15... the FreeShipping CREDIT was $5.40! I can request a check at the end of the month. $13 for $5.40?
NOTE: Phyllis in customer service was very helpful when I called to cancel and request a refund.
They are robber that hide behind some online shops. I just order something from JCPenny but didn't know how I became the member of this crap! Then it started to rob money every month until you discover it!

Please do not waste your time or money. Didn't mean to sign up felt as if it was something offered on the website i ordered from (nfl.com) next thing you know its taking money from my account discreetly never got as much as a "hey you're not using this service that we conned you into" it wasn't until i went over a few bank statements when purchasing my home that i seen i was being robbed. Avoid

I never signed up 4 this service I assume is a shipping business which I would have no use for. They have been taking $10.00 a month from my account fraudulently and when I called them they were extremely rude to me and would only refund $10.00. I don't care if they only stole a penny from me I'm not stopping till all my money is returned.

I'm happy to see that there are more people that have been ripped off by this company. I contacted them by chat asking why I was charged. They answered back saying I authorized the charge. I DID NOT! I didn't even enter my card info. I received an email from Free shipping when I placed an order on EBay. I made an account but never authorized any charges! They got my info from my PayPal. I never authorized any charges!

I ordered something a little over a week ago and they gave me a tracking number for some random order by someone else back to December 2019, completely inaccurate. I then read how you will have to make monthly payments after purchasing from them, so after looking at reviews in this thread it said to contact *******@freeshipping.com. I emailed them 4 days ago and still no response. I emailed within my 7 days of purchase and now because no one is responding to my emails I'm 100% they're going to still charge me monthly. Complete bull$#*!

I "signed up" for this by it being slipped in during a transaction for another product all together. I didnt even know until I saw it on my credit card bill. I went on to the site and what do you know?! I have a membership? So tricky and gross. Canceled immediately.

I ordered flowers for my mother and Mather in law on mothers day and now I am being charged $13 every month. I have not been able to contact them about stopping this charge. Of course, it cant be done easily, you have to jump thru hoops to stop a bogus charge but it comes out of your account really easily.

I thought free shipping was a scam however it is not. The customer service is excellent and they have a great history of paying out of claims from what I have read. The amount that they charge on a regular basis is not much compared to how much you will receive in return. I also understand their 1000 a year limit because the benefits they offer are so good that they need to have a cap. I also want to say that Samantha who is a supervisor was excellent in addressing my needs. She was very professional and resolved my claims on a timely manner. Highly recommend it

Classic scam where you are baited at the point of checkout for an item you have purchased promising free delivery if you sign up. You then become a monthly member and your credit card is charged a monthly fee, in my case it was $13. They also charged me $2 as some kind of initial fee. I called and I will say they did credit the $13 but the $2 was never credited. They probably figure most people won't dispute the small amount but if they scam enough people the $2 will add up.

I never even signed up for this and $13 have been coming out of my bank account for months. I always figured it was a fee for ordering things online or something, but it was weird it was always $13. I finally actually looked at the transaction and it had been coming out of my account for months automatically.

I was under the impression that you got discounted shipping when you ordered anything online. And everyone is right. You give your card number for a purchase thinking the freeshipping us part of whatever you are ordering and BAM $10 every month GONE. It is VERY deceitful. I wish I had a criminal mind and NO SOUL that I could sit on my rear and take $10+ a month from unsuspecting people for nothing.

Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
