First they shipped my package with the wrong courier. Then they shipped it again 4 days later with the correct courier (DHL), but the package got stuck in Germany for some reason and could not be released.
I'm now chasing FragranceX for a refund, but their customer support is SO poor that they just provide you with generic and unhelpful answers.
This was my first and last purchase with them for sure. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy from FragranceX.

I placed order on 1st September and just received it yesterday. Although my order got so delayed, it was worthy of quality of product that I received. I loved their products and already referred to my friend. Yeah it was over all a good experience if I don't see the time it took to reach out to me.
Listen first off bought stuff for years from them never a problem. Last week I get a delivery bottle is broke they tell me to take pictures I do that they said box looks dry it's not our fault. So I have never had an issue with something broken. So I took the box dumped a cup of water in it 20 min later box is bone dry. I'm sorry but they should replace a broken item. So it's sad because a great company should have replaced it especially when I have never had an issue with any returns with anything. So I'm disputing charge why should I posed 50.00
