Ordered a bottle of cologne on the 25th of August and it is nowhere to be found. Customer service hasn't done anything to help. Have sent multiple emails asking about my order with no response, or only automated responses. Tracking shows package has been sitting in some location 20 minutes away from me since the 31st with no updates. Shows it was shipped with USPS but they are saying they haven't even received the package yet so I cannot even file a claim with them. Will be the first and last time I will ever do business with these guys. Too many other cologne and perfume outlets out there with MUCH better customer service. Besides, fragrancenet.com has better pricing and free shipping. However, their customer service is just as bad. Must be because they are in NJ and NY. Two of the most unfriendly states in the country.
Dellivery processed seemed confusing and not clear. Gave different dates than actually came on a completely different date. Not such a major problem but something you might want to work on

My order came in a timely manner from Fragrance X. I got my package in great condition with no leaks or any other problems. I have never heard of this company but was very impressed with it. I saw an ad on Facebook and thought I would try as it was cheaper than other places. I was glad I gave it a try.
I have discovered this site at random and I keep buying from them; I forgot to apply my 15% coupon today, on a 252 pound order…I called and they were nice, sorting it out straight away; they said I was going to get my 15 % refund back ( as I forgot to apply it), and hopefully I will have it very soon on my account. I keep buying testers and I am never disappointed; they have UNBEATABLE prices, and no one could be pickier than me…God bless.PLEASE do not disappoint and send the refund. :)
