I was promised 100 points for the survey, but I didn't receive them.
My experience has been consistently good. Their prices are regularly the lowest I can find and the fragrances authentic. Good selection as well.
If I have to pay for shipping under $150, delivery should be faster.

I purchased Jo Malone from Fragrance Buy in the past without issue. This last order, the box, bottle, cologne color, label was not the Original JM I have always purchased from you or the stores. And the cologne had no scent and was darker in color. This is clearly not authentic. I have sent the help email address 2 emails and yet to have any response on resolving this problem on this order as you have all the information in your inbox. I await your reply and resolution of this problem.

It was a great experience shopping from FragranceBuy, shipping was average but scents were all exceptional, nothing but the best. I purchased Teo Cabanel Cafe Cabanel. The picture showed the upgraded bottle but I received the plain glass bottle.
It took a bit of time to deliver but absolutely amazing fragrance, no issues with it at all!
Ordered on early May, delivery should be on mid of May but i missed the delivery time without further notification, so I request the CS team reroute the parcel to specific collection center for myself pick up on 23 May. However, CS team and delivery team did not reroute to the correct address that I confirmed previously, they even send it to limited service post office without notice me until I found out while I passed by the collection center randomly. After discovered their huge mistake with those back and forth emails around 20 days, my parcel still cannot be located yet and the negative working style from both parties really makes people annoying Updated edit:
I did mentioned refund is my least option at previous replies, however CS team did not get my point from very beginning, and even it's not my option now, since I got refunded automatically as order cancel and no further follow up for this case, which make me much more disappointed.
Please respect to customer willing and answer question directly instead and writing apologize, it give no help for the case

Fragrance buy has some amazing perfumes that other websites don't! Especially in Canada. The item I wanted was out of stock, but it restocked super fast. My order was shipped right away (though UPS held it hostage for 6+days, not fragrance buy's fault) and it was safely and securely packaged. Very happy with my order. If anything could be improved it would be to offer free shipping at $100- I'd definitely order more frequently as I don't often need 5 bottles at the same time to get free shipping as is.
