Really poor irresponsible scam! The staff told me the amount was cancelled and will be refunded back to my account, when I called my bank, the bank told me the amount was not even cancelled.
On the 11 April 2015, they double charged my account on a thing I didnt even make an order! I only ordered one set of perfume which already 14 days and haven't arrive.
On 22 April 2015, I made payment on two perfumes and they said they have cancelled which is not!
A total untrustable site that the admin treats you like an idiot. I'm from Malaysia & I can't even call through their Hotline! Below is their only response!

Why allow 1 or 2 business days for it to clear while they never even cancelled my amount?! What a big lie!
Have placed 5 orders with them over 2 years, normally good experience, just takes long(2 weeks) to get shipped to Canada. But they sent me the wrong order last time and wouldn't respond back to me. I had to do a charge back with Paypal and had to pay the shipping costs $25 to get my money back.
They should stop international shipping if they aren't going to be providing customer service to international customers.
I love this site! I've ordered numerous times and all products have been genuine! Great testers at cheap prices too which I just refill my original bottles with, I've had Agnew different fragrances which I already love and would be able to tell if fake! They have not they have always been real and quick with shipping within 2 weeks! I can't understand the bad reviews hopefully it won't happen to me and i can keep using this fab site :))

Well, this is the worst experience buying goods online i ever had so far. I bought a fragance a week ago and i received an email from this website on the next day saying that the fragance was delivered to DHL, and they also gave me the tracking number. I went 100 times to track on the DHL website and the info was the same so i decided to phone local DHL, they said they only received information of the shippment and didnt received the goods, i sent 10 email to the support and they only repplied me once saying that i have to wait because DHL website takes long to update. On 31st October they sent me another tracking number this time from USPS, saying that the fragance was delivered to them for the shippment, and the information on the website is the same. The people from support never repply my emails explaining whats going on, 2 tracking numbers from different companies and when i phone to this companies they only received information and provided a tracking number. This is the worst website to buy good online!
I don't understand all the bad reviews! I have ordered from them more than once and got my perfume in 5 days. They sent me several e-mails of when it was shipped(same day) and the tracking number. I loved my product and it was the "real thing" and priced very well. I have used other perfume sites and have not been so lucky :/
Clearly a company to AVOID. It's been 4 months and I didn't get my order. Very evasive in emails. The poorest customer service I ever dealt with.

I've ordered 5 or 6 times from them over the years and everytime I'm very satisfied with the service and products. The free shipping would sometimes takes longer but I don't mind as somehow it always eluded custom taxes. But the merchandise always arrived intact. My husband just loves Rocabar by Hermes which we could get here if it is in stock. Have never found that particular one in retail shops
Having previously ordered twice from this site I had a good experience so decided to order again. Even though I used the same details for my two previous orders they put my order on hold pending verification of my address and phone number. I provided them with this and my order was still on hold. Rang long distance from Dublin Ireland only to be greeted by a rude lady who had no interest in resolving my issue telling me to reply via email. I explained to her I had emailed three times she told me that it was the holiday season and they were busy. I emailed them again and got an email back asking for a copy of the front and back of my card, my ID and AND this is were it gets ridiculous a copy of my current bank statement? I have never ever been asked for this in my life. What is going on with this company and why is trading standards not getting involved.
I take back the 5 stars I gave a while back. After using the perfumes for some time I realise they're FAKES! There's something off about them. Who knows what kind of harmful chemicals they put in them?!
On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with a credit card. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.
I ordered and paid for a 100ml bottle of perfume and received a 75ml bottle.
When I emailed them (I am in Australia) asking what they were going to do about it, they firstly wanted a photo of what i received, which I sent to them, then they proceeded to tell me the price was for the 75ml bottle (when clearly the order stated 100ml bottle with photo!)
A few emails were exchanged when the final one come asking me if I would like them to charge me another $9 for the current price of the 75ml bottle seeing that is what I received!
I have dealt with this company a few times over the last few years and had no reason to complain, but was totally blind sided by their lack of concern regarding my complaint.

Always a reasonable shipping time and the item is pretty much perfect! I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments. But, hey maybe next order I'll get burned - I really hope not. Have bought from fragrancex for the past few years, Sometimes a little slow in receiving my purchases but they always reply within 24hrs of any of my queries.
AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. Around 18 months ago I ordered some perfume and paid them £30 through paypal I never received it. They will fob you off that it is probably stuck at customs or ignor your emails then before you know it 45 days has passed and it's too late to claim back through paypal. LUCKILY my credit card company (Tesco) did refund me the purchase amount after me sending copies of other reviews for the company and proof of puchase any emails etc from them. I wish I had read other people's reviews before i placed my order and I certainly would not have bothered.
I ordered cologne from their website and was never delivered to my house. It's been almost 4 weeks. Don't even bother to email them because they will give you bad excuses. Those snobby people from NY are scams. I had good experience from fragrance.net( better service and ships fast).
FragranceX is a FRAUD. They do not send merchandise. They then continue to use your credit card info and keep RECHARGING for merchandise you never received. When you call customer service and threaten to fill out paperwork with bank and law enforcement and report the company as fraudulent, "Karen" hangs up on you.? Smells like a scam to me.
