Very Disappointed – Package Never Arrived and Poor Customer Service I had a terrible experience with FragranceX. I placed an order and waited patiently, but my package never arrived. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and received vague, unhelpful responses. They didn't offer a proper resolution or refund, and I was left feeling completely ignored and frustrated. Their support team was slow to respond and seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than actually helping. I expected much better from a company that claims to be reputable. I would not recommend FragranceX to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration—shop elsewhere the worst experience ever.
