I ordered my items about 2 1/2 weeks ago. The tracking says it's been sitting in new Jersey waiting to b picked up by carrier. So far I can only complain about the delivery. I haven't gotten it. The price was decent. But I haven't gotten it. I contacted customer service more than once. They say it's coming. The delivery was only supposed to be 2-5days. I got an email from fragranceX on the 9th day from ordering, asking how was the delivery? I still haven't gotten my items. Customer service says since it shows still in transit so they can't cancel the order or refund my money. Pretty sure tomorrow will be 18 days since I ordered on a 2-5day delivery window. I actually stopped looking at the tracking. I set a reminder in my calendar for 28days to call back to get my refund. Should be no excuses then.

I wanted to try out the Bond 9 because someone that I know was wearing that fragrance and it smelled so good. I purchased this fragrance from Fragrance X, but it didn't smell the same. I know that everyone's body chemistry is different and that plays a part in how the fragrance will smell in you, but this fragrance was just totally off. I may try a different fragrance from Fragrance X but for now I'm returning this one.
