Still waiting on delivery, over three weeks since confirmation.

Delayed delivery due to a flat, but overall I was happy with experience and would use them again.

They kept in touch with me and let me know approximately what time they'll be dropping off the equipment to my resident

Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying from an auction and having it shipped.

Load out was easy. Just follow the instructions and submit all required paperwork. The load showed up on time. The hot shot kept in contact and done a great job.

Overall, my experience with FR8Star was great. If I could give one critique, I would say to please speak to the customers in layman's terms rather than freight company terms. The individuals that I dealt with were very responsive and helpful but I often found myself trying to figure out what they just told me. Other than that minor reference, my experience was great and I will definitely use FR8Star again.

Never bought from an auction hse or used a freight company before. This was a very pleasant experience for me. Don't buy much that needs moving but would use again without hesitation.

Professional all the way from initial contact to delivery and follow-up with your representative. Satisfied all the way.

I had a tractor shipped from PA to OH. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the load arrived late and missing an essential part. However, FR8Star handled it with professionalism and courtesy. Their customer service and responsiveness are outstanding. If not for that, I would have given 1 star, due to the major inconvenience. I think on a normal day, this is probably a 5-star company. I would use them again.

Been 11 days supposed to pick up in six still haven't heard from them if they picked it up paid for a package that was supposed to be picked In six up and delivered in two or three overcharged me on the bill I want a correction for the cheaper package thank you

Fast easy service and very usable website with great pertinent information to be able to get bids and review them. Ability to chat with bidders to make sure they had the proper capabilities was really helpful before selection.

Fast response on rates. Easy booking process with great customer service. Constant updates on your shipment. On time delivery with items in great shape, drivers are careful with items.

Extremely easy to obtain competitive priced shipping within a few hours or less.

Booking process was simple and easy. FR8star was very responsive and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to pay truck driver separately from broker. I did not appreciate having to make two transactions for a $1,500 shipment.

Fast and efficient. It was kind of annoying not knowing who/when to pay etc. Driver only spoke Spanish which was challenging.

Things started out great. Load was picked up just a few days after contact. Outfit called and gave me a delivery time for the next day. Being 20 minutes late, I called dispatch. They got ahold of trucker and said it would be 9 a.m. At 9:30 he should up and proceeded to yell at me for calling dispatch. Come close to calling the police. Delivery man never called ahead and was way beyond rude.
