I booked with DAPA Freight 7 days later they still had no idea when it would be delivered. So another trucker happened to be in the area looking for a load back, he brought it back. But DAPA freight refused to give any of my down payment back. I would not recommend them to anyone and will not book with them again.
It was so simple to arrange for a pickup and delivery of our tractor in Virginia and transport to New York.

FR8Star is a marketing service that offloads your load to a broker, who offloads it to a carrier who picks up your load and delivers. This works ok but leaves the shipper with lots of questions, like who is responsible if something goes wrong? It's not a settling experience when the item you are asking to ship means something or is very valuable. This was further exacerbated by the FR8Star and the broker telling me in email and in over the phone that the shipper would call 1-2 hours before the pickup and drop-off. Neither one of these calls were made. That left me feeling very uneasy waiting for my delivery. In the end, everything worked out fine. However, I will try to find a better shipping solution in the future.

Very good with communicating about the load! The shipment arrived really quick and well strapped.
Everything went very well from submitting for bid to accepting to receiving the delivery. Communication with Ender at Global was very good. No issues at all. My only complaint is the difficulty communicating with the drivers, no english, What else is new, good drivers, helpful and appreciate the work. On that note I will not complain, more than I can say for the some. Were right on time. All good

The company that I used and it appears that all of these companies do not own their trucks so you're dealing with a number of people no updates were give unless I reached out to them the people at fr8 did a good job checking status for me
