They quote me $******* to haul cat 235 excavator 115 miles?! While I contacted a local trucking they charged me onlu $2800
Driver was 4 hours late. He stop communicating with me. He put load in the ditch and I had to take load off trailer.
Was good. I didn't know I was just hiring a broker as I thought I was hiring a hauler directly. I assume this will slow down my load getting to my business however I'm not sure as I'm only two days into wait for load pickup.

Logan was very helpful & called every so often to make sure everything was going smoothly. Didn't waste time on the phone which I appreciated. He's not a salesman--just there to make sure that everything's going well. At least that's how I perceived it. Overall just a nice easy experience. Shipping rates were much cheaper through them than anywhere else so I'll definitely be back.
