Easy payment, lots of bids to choose from, website is very easy to view and interact with.
I had some trouble getting logged in at FR8Star [kept saying one of the fields was not completed]. But, I called, and from that point everything worked smooth as silk with FR8Star. It was quick and easy, no complaints. The good experience continued when connected with the trucking firm, Kirsch Transportation. I thought the rate was fair, and they got on it quickly. Lots of prompt & friendly emails; they even got it picked up and delivered a day sooner than promised.
