So they didn't complete the order and when I asked for help, I was not given any assistance. Like I paid the full amount bt they still haven't delivered. Its pathetic. Customer support is even worse.

Very bad experience in ordering. I ordered flowers and cake for my husband online on 13-2-2023 for Valentine's Day 14-2-2023. And today is 15-2-2023 they have not yet delivered and on 14-2-2023 their delivery body told me that my parcel got rejected from my husband which was big lie. My husband didn't even receive a call from their delivery boy not even met him. Now when am chatting which their customers care they are asking for re delivery again and again but not delivering my cake and flowers. I ask them to refund my money they are refusing to refund also. So my money has gone with them and my husband didn't received my gift also. I will never order from this website
Such a worst service,if we order an item for the special occasion the company will deliver after few days of that occasion... Their courier partners will keep the item in thier office for no reason and after few days they will deliver the item
I have requested for the 14 the delivery as I by mistake choose 15 FEB delivery and they have confirmed, they will deliver it by 14th and then later on No response, they just ignore still waiting for their response but No luck

Moreover, this Can not be undo by any means because it important to deliver it as per our request, Furturemore I have request them to cancel the order if they are not able to deliver it as advised but they said its been processed, How is that possible because as per the online tracking its just confirmed NOT PROCESSED, MENAS THEY ARE LYING.

I made an order 3 days in advance and just got am email saying the delivery failed. I never got a call, neither did the recepient. I called their line so many times but no response and the chat app made me wait more than 30 minutes after which i closed the website.
I wish I checked this site before ordering with FNP. I checked the testimonials on their site and looks like they are all paid testimonials.
FNP will take money but doesn't deliver. And they don't have reliable vendors who have the drive to fulfill the task. They said delivery attempted but failed. But there is no proof, no picture of any sort or no phone call, text/whatsapp message or email to show an attempt was made.
On top of it their customer service is terrible. One guy just put me on hold (I hung up after 20 min). I called again and another guy was arguing with me that some one has to go to the vendor and pickup. If I had someone to pickup why would i even order it with FNP site?
They wouldn't even refund my money.
I asked them to deliver to another address and they said they can't. Don't waste your money on this site.

If you expect to surprise someone please be aware that it may fireback so badly like did with me.They just don't care if it's delivered or not.I chose the most expensive charges for the delivery option and told them I can pay more, no issue. Most important is to surprise and make the person happy. But they never care.Also can't place a complain.wow.
2 attempts and thats it.2nd attempt wasn't even a surprise.Person was already waiting for over an hour but driver didn't come.

Yesterday I sent 2 bouquets to my sister in law in hyderabad, the flowers were so bad in shape. She sent me photos amd when I informed the fnp team they closed my query saying their delivery partner sent photo before delivering( am damn sure they never gt any picture before deliver) even when I sent my photo on same day they said they didnt received my email.
These people are fraud
They did not deliver on time and refused to cancel and refund the amount. They show zero accountability

Just to update my last review about FnP. I got contacted by the company immediately and was processed with the refund within the next 10 days. Although this situation hampered my dad's bday, but I guess the immediate response from the company convinced me to give them a second chance. And I ordered my parent's anniversary cake again. So far, the order went through, hope they would get the cake this time.
I hope this situation doesn't repeat in the future otherwise, the company would loose customers like me for sure.

Tried booking a cake for my dad from Canada to India for his birthday. I tried making the payment with my credit card but it keeps processing for 2-3 hrs. When I tried contacting customer service via chat (obviously there was no other way as I can't make international calls), they gave me a link for payment and said that the booking will be confirmed immediately upon payment completion. I got multiple links from FNP from which I choose to pay via papal which worked. The payment was made and got the confirmation. But the payment never appeared on my order and I keep getting the same emails saying that my order is still pending. They raised the ticket again with the screenshot of the payment confirmation but they said the tech team will look into it I waited for 6hrs again nothing happened. I asked them to cancel my order and they said that someone from the team will call me to cancel the order. It's been 10hrs already, there is still no response from the company. Well, I didn't expect this service from a company which is so reputed.
Very disappointing! I don't think I would ever going to use fnp ever again.

Answer: Don't order with them. They will take your money and then ignore you and give you all stories of why it couldn't be delivered. Rather go to another website. They are also handing out 20% discount vouchers for reviews, so all of these 5 start reviews cannot be trusted at all!
