Flowers arrived in perfect condition at the time specified. They were exactly as described. First time I have used Ferns N Petals will use you again if I need to send gifts abroad.
It was really a great experience. I have ordered a gift for my sis it was exactly same as shown in pic and it delivered before time. Dlvry boy was very humble polite soft spoken. I would suggest whoever wants to gift something to their loved ones should go for it.
This year I choose this web site fr sending rakhi to us, and I choose a combo(5 rakhi and 600 gm cashew burfi) first they did not diliver on time (as they promise 3 days delivery) second instead of 600gm cashew burfi they deliver 250 GMs

From their website, through product selection ordering, payment, delivery as promised & status updates with delivery confirmation - they have done an outstanding job. Most importantly, our loved ones who received the flower arrangement said it was beautiful & felt comforted. They deliver on their promise.

FNP is one of the companies whom never learn from their mistakes. This happened second times out of 3 orders I placed till now.
The order mentioned above supposed to be same day delivery. FNP didn't deliver the product by saying recipient was not available. I am for sure that delivery person never tired to reach out the person even if FNP service desk. Then I got an auto generated message saying product would be redelivered. After seeing the emails I immediately reach out to their customer support. Their customer support is horrible. They don't know basic manner of handling customers. They were so rude, one of assistant disconnect the call in middle of conversation. After several calls and wait for longer time, finally able to talk with senior executive. He was also not interested to solve the problem rather he was trying to make me understand that their is no fault from FNP.
I would request all NRIs please don't use FNP to send any gifts to your dearest. They can't make the promise. They are there to earn money without providing desired support.
Poor customer service, like if we want to change the order or postpone the same, there is no way to contact them. If u raise a query through the app, u wont receive any replies. Same with the customer care num, no reply. This should be worked out. Still the quality and delivery systems are highly appreciable.
Their service is amazing! I have ordered a lot of times(mostly cakes) from different places and I never had to regret.

I have ordered rakhi for international location. First of all they have not delivered on time, second after many follow ups they have just delivered 1 rakhi instead of my package of 2 rakhi. My package cost was 1099, and when I raised a compliant they were giving me only 199 as refund and with no shame for their bad service. Later when I was not agreed they have proposed 200 rs like I am doing some kind of bargaining with them... This is really pathetic and unprofessional behavior. They don't bother to read your complain fully just provide scripted reply. I am very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and in-spite of so much follow up from my side my case is still open and not yet resolved. They should understand with each gifts theirs lots of emotions attached but cant expect from them. A BIG NO TO THEIR SERVICES...

I brought a gift as terrarium from ferns N Petals.
Unfortunately, they provided me a dirty pot, wet soil thrown in it and just two small jade plants, they dont have even sense of presentation. Very bad experience, they may be fine sending bunch of roses not terrible in quantity otherwise
