Selection, order status notifications and delivery was fine. However, cushion delivered was deflated and thus not as per the description shown.

The product you order and you receive is very different(the cake was like first time made chef cake 1000Rs) and worst thing is when you ask to replace they offer 20% discount for next time. On call they will say that this will be replaced and later they will put a sorry email for inconvenience. I have attached the photographs of cake
I have ordered a crunchy almond Cake and they just deliver the simple bread cake Putting a topping of almonds on it
1.) per the image and description it is a crunchy cake but the topping were made up of cream
2.) The base to be made of almond and it was simple bread.
3.) The cake was not even fresh
4.) The most important thing in a cake is presentation and the cake is looking like a $#*!

I would rated them as a zero, if there was an option. I ordered a Rakhi to be delivered in India. The product delivered was completely different from the one shown on the product page. The reply from the customer service was simply, our website images as just indicative. Will never order or refer them again.

I ordered a champagne and chocolate hamper for my brothers birthday. Was totally disappointed in the packaging considering the amount of money I paid for it.
Plus the message that I requested for the card was not even there. Totally disappointed and would never order or recommend. My 10 year old could have done a better job with the packaging.
My 1st ever experience has been pathetic with ferns and petals. They cancelled my order last minute without even informing me... It was obviously important as was birthday order... disgusting service will recommend to never use again

I appreciate the efforts they take to deliver our wishes and products but the only concern is there is no Cash on Delivery this makes it more difficult to order for those who don't have Indian debit/credit card.

Had ordered a plant, they charged Rs 1500 for the same. The quality of plant was too bad, you can call it trash and also the cheap plastic pot was broken. Sent picture to them straight away, for which they said as it is natural product they started advising to put it in sunlight and all, requested them for replacement product or to provide credit but they would just offer discount on next purchase. No solution for what rubbish item was sent. I even questioned if they have anything like quality audit before the items were delivered, for which got no response. They can keep their discount as i am never ordering from such cheat people.
My brother's Birthday was the next day and I did not have a clue how to send him a cake. I tried Zomato and Swiggy and could not figure it out. So I searched online and found Ferns and petals. The choices were great! So I quickly found the one that my Brother would like the most and booked it with a nice Chocolate add on. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a next day delivery slot available, which is what I wanted. Hassle free booking and on time delivery are the icing on the cake! Keep up the great service! Oh. The Cake was great too btw!
This Rakhi FNP made sure that I was heartbroken with their service. Not only did they deliver Rakhi on the wrong day ( had selected the option of 2 nd August - delivered on 28 July), with a wrong Rakhi ( of their own choice) and the most outrageous part is fungus infested sweet ( which was again the one which I had not selected). When I raised the query - they closed it on their own without resolving it. When I called customer care they defended themselves saying Rakhi delivered early due to COVID pandemic ( understandable - but then they shouldn't mention it on their website if we wanted it delivered on a particular date); Rakhi was replaced because they didn't have the one I selected in stock ( they didn't even think it necessary to inform me regarding this- whether I want to choose another Rakhi or cancel my order neither was it seen anywhere on their website that they will be replacing the Rakhi as per their convenience); wrong sweet and infested with fungus( no answer for this). They promised to get back to me in 2 hours time after discussing with their senior which they never did. Only a mail saying sorry. How does that ever make up for a spoilt Rakshabandhan? Only a sister will know what efforts are put in by her for her brother to select the best possible Rakhi and gifts but FNP thinks all of that can be taken care of by a Sorry; closing the query on their own and not returning calls. How good a company is - is shown by the way they handle themselves in a crisis situation. It takes the best to give the best. But FNP couldn't stand up to it. Very much disappointed and heartbroken. Not to mention the helplessness of this all. FNP has lost a customer. That's for sure.
I had sent Rakhi to my son and nephew to the US which were not delivered and they seem to be washing their hands off and saying even a refund is not possible. When you click on the webdite and take longer than usual, immediately someone calls from the call centre but no one seems to be responding now that we have spent so much money and the boys waited in vain for their Rakhis.
Please do not promise the moon if you cannot deliver.
Doubt if I ever will use FNP ever again..
This was my first order on FNP. I wanted to surprise my Girlfriend. I stay in Noida, Delhi NCR and my Girlfriend stays at Bangalore. Oh man what a wonderful experience this proved to be.
