Terrible experience on my (order id-*******), I placed order but not delivered. Charged rs100extra for same. If you guys can't deliver don't take it Suggestions for all- Don't reliable on them. Even they not called me once, better to explore other options
I have been used these guys for two of my gifts to send from US website in India. On BOTH occasions they have disappointed me by delivering completely different item. Basically they will show you the best thing and will deliver the cheapest item available in that local market! Guys don't waste your money here.
The only thing online shopping are competing is on time delivery without quality compromise. And hence ferns N petals have lived upto the mark... Keep up the good work... My all time favorite destination for surprising my loved ones..
They guys cheated their customers by sending the different product and there is no option for cancel the order.

Initially the products that I purchased reached on time for the last two times I have had great difficulties and trying to call up and connect with anybody in ferns and petals is just next to impossible! Looks like they are not able to manage their orders at all! They deliver it very randomly!
How ferns and petals looting money see... I have ordered rakhi by paying extra 600 for international delivery. The cost of Rakhi was hardly 100 es and they have charged 2500 and inspire of charging so much they have not delivered the packed. 2 times they have changed statement that person was not there at premise and secondly said as it's a perishable goods cannot be delivered again.

I have ordered twice in last 20 days and both the occasion the ordered was not delivered on time and people made calls from Delhi gave absolute wrong i formations and position. For todays order was to be delivered by 11 am and I was told mumbai is full under rain. So their tardeo vendor could not deliver. Where as today there is no rain, no water logging till 12 noon and from my place to Tardeo is just 15 min distance. Last ocassion on 24th July same excuses were given and finally a much Late delivery with broken items happened. The people who call have no manners and very un professional company. It spoils a special day when u pay 3 time s over market rate for better service and nothing meets any standards.

I have ordered the gift quite late thinking that it would get delivered by night, though I wanted it sometime in the evening. But to my surprise it came earlier then expected for me it was just on time.

My ordered was delivered 3 days later to the promised date, i was still ok with it but when i saw the product i was shocked! The quality of the rakhi they delivered is so poor and with a pathetic design while the one they are showing on the website is completely different.
I used to be happy with the service but i will stop ordering & will never recommend ferns & petals to anyone.
The cakes are amazing and delicious and the delivery experience is really fast and hassle free. A bit expensive but value for money.

I ordered rakhi for my brother. They didn't even deliver it to my brother and the status showed delivered. The customer service number provided is false. The query I raised has not been resolved yet. Hence I paid 1500 for the rakhi which my brother never received. On calling they answer they can't do anything. Fake app
I ordered a beautiful premium Ganesha Rakhi(749.00 rs)for my Brother and i was so excited it to be delivered to him(as per the website delivery date was 4. 8. 20), but they delivered it on 30. 7. 20 a very cheap and ridiculous looking Rakhi, which is no were looking premium at all for compensating if they dnt have the same(as per their website). I raised complaint and now they are trying to give me a compensation of 149.00 rs on next time purchase. I had clearly mentioned to take back their rakhi and give my money back because my brother deserve best things in life, nothing cheap like this from FnP(played a dirty game). Had the worst Raksha Bandhan experience in life because of you all(i know which you guys dnt care for anyones emotions). You guys really dnt deserve any rating at all for the worst service. I have attached the proof for the same. Take your stuff and give back my money. I wouldn't dare to ordered anything from you guys and will never let anyone i know aswell. Disgusting souls!
