Do not waste your money and time here. They will make some excuse but will charge you full amount for no service/delivery. You can't even talk to them because their phone number is not a working number.

Ordered 2 Rakhis to be delivered in the US. Ordered on the 21st July and was informed a 3 day shipment time. Upto the payment part all fine.

Order entry on 21st July for a delivery scheduled on the 27th. No delivery made on the 27th, no problem. But the problem is when they don't inform you after missing the ETA. Come 28, 29, 30th. I am nervous now and call them up. After waiting for almost 20 minutes on the call am attended by a lady who assures me that the Rakhis will be delivered before the Rakhi Day. Not too sure but I give her the benefit of doubt. Come the Rakhi day. Its 10 am in the US(New Jersey), no news of Rakhis. Past afternoon finally when already the excitement is all over and half the day is over the first Rakhi is delivered. The second Rakhi was not that lucky, it got delivered after 4 PM.

For Ferns and Petals it must be a joke but they should realize that when a person takes the pain to place an order 12 days in advance it is because this person wants the delivery before a particular occasion. You not only let this person down, you also kill the emotions and sentiments with which the person has waited for so long for this occasion. Not to mention the breach of the original contract via which you promised a delivery on the 27th July and took the money. Knowing that you breached the contract how could your shamelessly pocket my money and not even offer an apology.

I would say a big shame on you Ferns n Petals! If you don't have collaborating partners in a particular area, be upfront and refuse to accept the orders, rather than accepting the money of the clients and then turning your backs. If you have little bit shame left then I would suggest you get in touch with me and offer a refund for having killed the Rakhi for me this year. My order numbers are ******* and *******.

Didn't plan to write this review, but after great experience with Ferns N Petals, I feel Compelled to share my poor experience. I order an expensive $#*! birthday cake that was to be fresh black forest. I can forgive the slight break in the cake upon delivery which actually I should not, but the poor workmanship was inexcusable. First the icing design of flowers and no written script. Second the taste was also not good. It turned out to be nothing. BIG NO! FRAUDS WITH NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER AND NO INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS OR VENDORS...

This is worst services I have ever seen I place a order and provided all the pictures everything but from three days these guys are playing with me asking to send pictures and kept on hold everything seriously If raise a ticket they are automatically just closing the tickets without any response. I don't understand what's going on without giving a picture in the personalised items the app doesn't take me to next step but why these guys are keeping everything on hold and playing cheap tricks. No proper response nothing worst services still mine 5items are on hold worst services

Horrible customer service and no response telling when will Rakhi be delivered. I ordered on july 20th and Rakhi was supposed to be delivered on july 23rd and today is Rakhi august 3rd and no delivery. No response when i have been asking to cancel the oder and just refund my money. They keep closing the complaint ticket saying it will be delivered before Rakhi and obviously it didn't happen. They keep saying they value our relationship with them big BS. Please refund my money. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

I placed my Rakhi order after asking them that only if it reaches at least 2 days before and they said it will reach well in advance. And today is Raksha Bandhan and it's still not reached. They can't even connect me with the delivery partner in the country and neither my brother. It's so horrible. And they don't even pick up calls and I have had calls disconnected on my face soo soo many times when I'm inquiring.
First time ordering with them and Horrible experience.

Fern N Petals, is neither a reliable agency nor it will deliver your orders as promised. So, at first hand beware of their very poor services.

I ordered Rakhi in 2020 for Rakshabandhan, it was promised to be delivered by 1 Aug 2020. No delivery. 2 Aug, No delivery. 3 Aug, No delivery. I requested my family members to approach nearby Fern N Petal outlet, they went their, the shop said that don't have any such order, and approach to customer care and gave a number. We tried on customer care, no progress. Today is Raksha Bandhan and our order not received yet. That's the quality of service of Fern N Petal. One can imagine. You can not trust these fraud guys and their promises. They will play with your sentiments. Nothing else.

Also, they will not provide you with a customer care number on website, except their corporate address etc. You can understand from here how serious they are. If you ordered something, you will then go to help, it will ask to raise query etc. and it will have something to raise complaint etc. and finally you get a token number. But, its all auto generated, no one will give heed to your any such complaint. You won't get an email for a while, but, even if you get it they will just assure you. No action again.

I would say better go for other flower, gift, etc. services. My strong advise never ever go for Fern N Petal if you have limited time and your deliver is time bound. You will waste your time and money too. You will be frustrated with them by searching around that what to do at the last moment.

If you want to choose, frustration, loose money, your emotions, better go for it. Other wise a big NO to Fern N Petal. My order number is #*******.

A cheat agency!

I had ordered a plant on 1st July 2020 for my friend's bday. At 8pm, i get an email saying it cannot be delivered as the plant is not available. Like seriously the entire day was not enough to figure that the plant is not available. When i requested for refund, i got an email saying it will be done in 7-10 working days. Its been more than a month now, i still havent received the refund amount. This is the service you offer... Pathetic

This was my first online order on FNP, though i am frequently buying from FNP shops, it was a Rakhi from my 15 month baby for her brother in Mumbai, great product high quality as we were look for and as expected from my favourite gift shop, they helped to bridge the distance. I would highly recommend this online services of FNP, if you want to gift someone anything go for FNP only, because they understand the emotional value attached to a gift, others only look at it like a dead order.
