Excellent product, quick service, impressed everyone, seniors, children's were sohappy.
The most important thing. It bought a smile and happiness to everyone who received it It made Raksha Bandhan Special sitting at home.
Since it was Rakhi for RakshaBandhan festival which was just two days later and it must be delivered in Muscat, Oman.
But we were pleasantly surprised when we got delivery confirmation just few hours after placing the order.
How fraud is this.? They are not responsible about the orders we make and the stupid things they do and the worst tracking that msg directly that the order had returned without any information or call they were all just fraud
Had the worst experience with these guys. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I've ordered groom yourself boys on 13th Jul which is worth 4188Rs. They have promised me that this product will be surely delivered on 18th Jul but they didn't deliver yet. I tried to contact the customer service team and send them email and call uncountable time about my order status but not get any response on call they put customers on hold for a long time and the phone got cut off. Every time I send them an email they replied to me that stupid email we are trying to deliver your order. It's so disgusting Guys. I'm so disappointed with this company.
My payment got failed while ordering so you people call me for help to do payment process. Now I am not getting my order nobody receiving call and answer me for my email. If you cant deliver my order please refund my amount. Else deliver my order.
Once the payment done they will not entertain your calls. Neither my order has been delivered nor I get the refund.
Only one delivery issue in nearly 50 transactions with them over 10 years. Deliveries to Indore, Ajmer, New Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Jaipur have all gone well.
Some other sites we have ordered something and had something totally different or sub-quality delivered.

I ordered a rakhi gift for my brother which was supposed to deliver by tomorrow(2 August 2020)

I asked my brother that did you receive my gift he said I haven't received and call not your gift. He confirmed with his neighbour too. There is no signature whom they handover my order there is no customer rating given by receipent they don't even made me call that we delivered your gift... whts wrong with you guys?
If you are not capable enough to deliver our orders on time and to right person why are you doing this and I tried to contact on their customer care number it's showing that their working hours is changed... why are you playing this such game on this kind of festival?
I want my order to be deliver before Rakhi
I ordered in advance to have a delivery made on 31 July, 2020 within a certain time frame. The recipient replied with location and everything. Yet around 10:00pm they informed me the attempted to deliver but failed! The next day with a morning time frame again they failed to deliver. It was delivered 19:00 on the following day. After the recipient has traveled. So really it was meaningless... Although I called multiple times none of their employees had the decency to apologize once!
Same day delivery at no extra cost, worthy product, item delivered same as shown on screen while ordering, easy payment, timely notification about order.
The process of ferns and petals is quick. The delivery was on time. Also the product quality was very good. Loved it.

Love to be the customer of Fnp. I ordered a combo of a customized mug and pair of rakhis with an add on of choclates bouquet. And it was supposed to be delivered on 3 Aug instead it delivered most earliest, for which m thankful. Also my brother loved all the things.
I wish there was a negative rating. They take your order with all good promises and later don't deliver the product to the destination.

I have placed the order one day before for bday cake to my frnd. But they didn't delivered on time. And customer care official also useless in communication. And delivery man also leave the parcel at gate even not informed to anyone. Im vry disappointed from this service. I request u all to not book order bcz they cant understand ours feelings in sending gifts to our loved ones. Pls pls pls don't going to place any order...
I have been ordering cakes from fNp for a long time. They have been above par every single time. Fresh cakes, ontime delivery, and superb service overall. Highly recommend them to send cakes and gifts to your lived ones.
