I had ordered rakhi & sweets via ferns & petal from France to India. My family in Mumbai appreciated the quality of sweets sent via zam zam and the rakhi & packaging was just the way I had selected on site. Rakhi reached 2 days earlier to the delivery date. So no surprise and satisfied overall. Hope you keep it up!
They called and said you order can't be delivered and money will be refunded to you but they didn't have my money they sill owe me 1977
Service is pathetic. I ordered rakhi for my brother overseas. They failed to deliver saying that the address is incorrect. I confirmed tge address which was absolutely correct and provided the exact location with landmark. Still they didnt respond. Kept calling so many times to give the address for their local centre so that receiver can pick up but no response. I dont feel like giving even 1 star but have no choice as cant give review with out that. Beaware before using this site.
I ordered rakhee plant combo for my brother's who are located in different cities and i must tell you the product was delivered before the given time. Quick communication on dispatched and delivery. Overall i loved thier service and looking forward for many more ordering. Thank you Ferns N Petals
We have been a dedicated customer since 1995 and FNP has never let us down. Always great quality, excellent communication and Wonderful customer service.
Worst Customer service ever, they first didn't deliver the product and promised to deliver it the other day which didn't happen again and they closed their ticket.
The website doesn't have a customer care number and then I raised a ticket with them to investigate and they didn't even respond and my Money is gone too.

And that was not delivered on time
I had to follow up a million times
And guess what this year is the same story
Ferns and petals has shown no improvement
They close the query even before solving the query

Those who are reading it please don't order rakhi through them cos it will be delivered around diwali ( serious $#*!, no pun intended)
To begin with they have something known as express hand delivery... which only takes 12 hours... sorry my bad. International delivery... then they have a customer support live which grows like flowers you need to wait forever... and thirdly... they are a lost CAUSE... where is my delivery *******? Can someone respond to me? Paid only 5K change which ofcourse includes the express service...
I got my order within 5 hours. Thank you so much. It was really nice to order from fnp, A bit expensive but if you want to deliver your product with express delivery then I prefer Ferns n Petals.

Ferns n petals have been a nightmare for me, i ordered a personalized gift for my niece's birthday on the 23rd n it was supposed to be delivered on the 29th. But surprisingly today is the 30th n still it is not delivered yet. And these guys promise to deliver on the same day. I called the contact center and they said they cannot guarantee anything. This was the worst experience. I would never ever order anything from fnp n would not recommend it to anyone.
Quickest delivery app n products were as similar as shown on website. The most important thing was the presentation that was awesome. Thank you so much for your service

Quick turnaround with great service.The website is very user friendly and the respose time on any questions or queries is very fast. I have not had good experiences with other websites in the past, so ordering with Ferns and Petals came as a lovely surprise and was a hassel free experience.

The service provided from order to delivery was excellent. Even the customer service staff was very helpful.
They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Firstly they don't deliver the stuff and instead of resolving the issue they give lame excuse by saying " hope to serve you better next time". Are you serious? Who will put an oder again on your website when you have not served better in first time. I think so you guys make money by not delivering the item and still charging for it.
And by the way why there is no contact number on your website so that customers can contact you?
