I have been using ferns n petals app since a year, n trust me guys these people have never disappointed me! I really love the way they bring up new n innovative ideas through which you can express your love to your dear ones.
I am a first time customer. My first time experience with respect to selection of product, payment mode and the delivery schedule was satisfactory. The quality of product delivered was also fine.
I have always used to order with Fern n petal but from the last three times, i felt that they are not doing well. Everytime they did mistake in order.
First time in delivery they can delivery not on time. Second time same issue and the big thing is fern n petal customer care representative lied with me. I have ordered plant and pay extra for timely delivered but they cant able to do and they told me our delivery boy is on the way but in reality the plant not dispatch from their dealer. Even i told them please dont delivered today because of the receiver is not there they cant listen and delivered. I sugeested delivery time 8am to 3pm with extra charges and they delivered at 7:49pm.
Yesterday I have again ordered on my dad birthday one plant and received different. What the hell is going on. May b they dont have value of peoples maoney. May b they think that whatever we have just deliver and finish it

Overall my experience was very good with fnp. I accidentally booked my order for the wrong date but customer care executive was really easy to reach, so polite and quick in resolving the issu. The delivery was on time and exactly what i ordered. I will higly recommend it.
Previously I was ordering from other website, but with that website I had to take numerous followups about transition of product. But with Ferns n Petals I was intimated each and every movement of product. Moreover I was expecting delay in transition of product which I experienced with other website but this reached on time. I ordered a butterscotch cake which was delicious and my parents and siblings loved the taste of cake. Thanks Ferns n Petals for making my mom's birthday special with awesome cake. I had selected a Rakhi to be sent to US from FNP. The Rakhi was supposed to reach the destination by 23rd July and instead reached on 1st of August. In between I had to keep asking them about the status of the same as they would not inform me. They said they will attempt a delivery on 1st of August. I was told that the delivery was attempted but the doors were closed. Since that day I have been calling them and they have been telling that the address is not correct and that I am not eligible for refund also. Address proof of the recipient was shared and it was the same still they kept saying address was not correct. I requested to talk to the superiors but nothing has been done till now. The same day I had ordered few Rakhi from a different US delivery website which had reached on time and perfectly to the same address. Do not use FNP to deliver things to USA, use different other websites. They just don't care about your deliveries and client satisfaction nor bother to rectify the mistake!
