I have been ordering from ferns Petals. Trust me the experience is just awesome. On time delivery to surprise our loved ones and high quality products. Keep up the good work team.

I have placed an order on 1/Sep/20 for personalized cushion and paid an amount of 358/-In fact this was my first order in FNP Site.The delivery time it showed was on 3/Sep/20 and still i have not received the product on the given destination.

I followed up with customer care service couple of times and i don't feel they are even polite and giving any answers to the questions that i am raising concerns. I am quite unhappy as they have never returned a call or shared any further details why the delay is. This was for a birthday occasion and still waiting for the product to get delivered. This is my personal experience where i can attach the status of the product as well.

Pathetic experience with FnP. I had ordered a personalized mug from these guys on 29th Aug 2020. I got an email immediately after placing the order that my order has been accepted. I was happy and relaxed that my order for a Birthday mug would be fulfilled on time. On 2nd Sept 2020, i checked my emails, no emails nor any order status about my order. I visited the site, there was no status update on that too. I called customer care. And to my major disappointment. They were completely clueless about the order. I asked her the status and she said, it will reach one day prior or 1 day later. I told her its already 2nd and i had asked for order to be delivered on 3rd. So how can it be 2nd. She was giving me some preset affirmations. She said it will reach by tomorrow. I waited for the delivery to happen but again to my disappointment no emails, no confirmations. I dialed to the Customer care. This time they said. The order hasn't got accepted by their vendor. And finally i was left with only choice of cancellation. Pathetic site and pathetic service!

I ordered plant for my wife birthday, expected date of delivery is almost 7 days after my order date. Even after 10 days also its not delivered. After 12 days i got mail saying its delivered. But its not delivered. I contacted their worst customer care. They continuously telling that its delivered and sent non working tracking link. Finally after 2 days called them asked about it once again, this time they are arguing that they delivered a person who is at address as per order. After tell him no one received in that address, finally accepted that its not delivered, and telling that because of technical reasons it is showing delivered. This is pathetic service. Kindly avoid this website.

Ordered for the first time throught fnp amd I was so stressed after reading the negative comments thinking that I was scammed. However i am very delighted by there service. I selected the same day delivery and my order was delivered without any delay and the items ordered were also good without any doubt. Ofcourse its a bit expensive but I know there are other sites that charge more then fnp. There are merely 20% difference in the items delivered than there photos which is normal as it is similar as internet shopping. Overall i am delighted by the experience and would order again from them in future for all occasions. Thanks for not being scammers fnp when mostly everyone on internet are.

I am highly disappointed with Ferns N Petals for not delivering what was promised. Not to mention the occasion is ruined but now I am apprehensive as anyone of my guests could potentially suffer food poisoning. The cake was a 1kg Truffle Chocolate cake Order ID: *******. It did not taste anything like truffle cake but was rotten, dry, smelling and tasting stale and off. I am extremely embarrassed.

I have since called the company to take the cake back. The delivery person also tasted the cake and confirmed the same. I am now waiting for a response from the company for their unprofessional and poor service.
