Late Delivery again
This is happening to me the 3rd time this year that my order is not getting delivered on time or something else has always been wrong with the order. I am in the US and trying to send gifts to my friends in India and now have to be on the phone with customer care spending all this money for no reason. She is telling me now that it will reach at 830 pm. Kids sleep at that time. I am very upset with this and will never order again. I have been a customer for many years now and this was the last time I will be using fnp products. I just had to spend another 30 dollars on the phone to try and resolve the issue but nothing got resolved. This is by far one of the worst companies for ordering for any of your celebrations. Please do not buy anything from them. Amazon is much cheaper and the best in deliveries and everything is available on Amazon.
It is very helpful. Anyone can send there love ones gifts in short time with special surpriseand it is very smooth to use no issues will come ur privacy is also mainted..

I am really very impressed with this order which I have placed for my mom who is living in Kerala. This is the first time in my 15years of life in UK, tried to surprise my mom ordering a birthday gift online, it was really great experience for my mom and me.
Along with the gift I ordered a packet of chocolates but the number of chocolates wasn't in my expected level. Otherwise my mom really likes the plant and the gift I sent her from far away.

Horrible worst experience 07/09/20. Flower Aura much better. Just namesake ferns and petals. For my anniversary I bought lucky bamboo plant with flamingo 899₹+200₹+19 delivery and received different pot worth rs 300. And rose with glass vase fully dry roses no smell petals falling down in Bilaspur chhattisgarh. Ferrero rocher 200gm 949₹ have no cover nothing. Delivery boy gives it in hand no wrapping no cover. Please don't buy from here after spoling my day and 3000₹+ they offered me 100₹ gift voucher. Cheaters shame on you ferns and petals.
They provide cheap packaging style. There's a lot of difference between actual cake and the cake you have selected on site. Never ever order cake from FNP. They even not responding and doesn't coperates. I want my rufund asap. I have already share the photos of cake box and cake. Quality and taste is very disgusting and nobody can say these products are from FNP. I want my refund fast. I will complain.
