Using FNP from Past 3 Years, recently ordered a Birthday gift, due to poor packing product damaged and informed the customer care they are not willing to replace the product. Just they offering 20% offer for next purchase. They not even bothered about the damaged gift. Really disappointing.
When I ordered first time now in fnp, was a little sceptical. But the end result was azm. The product was delivered on time and was exactly like the picture in website.

I ordered the Haworthia DIY (Rs 1799) to be delivered to a friend on a special occasion on the 9th of September.
First mistake - the package was delivered on the WRONG DATE.
Then, the friend only received the plant, when the entire DIY kit contained a ceramic pot, soil, 2 musical Buddha figurines and some pebbles.
Not only was I CHEATED, ( having paid almost 1800 rupees for one small plant) I looked CHEAP in front of my friend, who was unaware of the quality of the gift actually ordered and paid for,
Will never buy anything from this site again- there are better people offering the same products out there... and they will get my future business.
Pathetic Service, Order the gift for someone, Gift Didn't get delivered on time. They don't care about the Service once you order from them. I raised the complaint with them, they just shared the Courier Tracking link saying please follow up with Courier Partner and get it delivered as if they don't care their product get delivered or not.
The whole experience was very simple and customer friendly. The product was delivered on time at Singapore. The gift hamper was exactly as promised on the site. Keep up the good work. Thanks
