I had ordered a Personalised Photograph Cushion... they delivered the next day as they promised with no proper packaging... The product had vertical lines all over it. I raised a complaint but they replied with a scripted notes stating we would look into this at the earliest...

I had ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and the the scheduled delivery was on sep 14th 2020 at 5 pm.
There was a unavoidable sad situation at home and i had to postpone the birthday party and also postpone my delivery of the cake, On 13th sep 2020 at 3pm which is before 24 hours of my actual delivery i called the customer care and requested the delivery of my order to be postpone to 19th sep.
The customer care representative said he will try and will confirm, even after my multiple followup calls on the same day and next day as well, they did not say NO neither confirmed the reschedule of the order and finally they sent the cake on 14th sep which i could not collect and sent the cake back.
I tried requesting them the situation at home but they still did confirm the reschedule of my till 18 sep so i had reorder the same cake paying 2700 again as i had already shown the design of the cake to my daughter.
So for one cake i payed 5400. I request the Ferns and Petal team to at least consider the situations and accept the reschedules if it is 24 hours time frame before actual delivery.
I have been your customer from part 3 yrs now and this was the worst experience

I had ordered a boquet of flowers, wine and chocolate based on the photo shown on their site for a wedding anniversary including a card with details wishing both couple. The card was delivered wishing one person. Sender name is not as requested. Raised a complaint tkt on website, on phone and Customer service only informs we will look into your order. Exorbitant cost with pathetic-delivery. Looked like delivered from super market. Flowers seemed as though it was wrapped in butter paper. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THE SAME MISTAKE HAS TAKEN PLACE
The Red Velvet cake was absolutely delicious, the cream was light and it wasn't too sweet just right

Worst Customer Service who closed the ticket without accommodating my concerns.
Also money was not refunded and I received no delivery of ordered product even after 3 months of follow up.

I ordered a Bamboo Shoot Plant at about 11.30 night for a friends bday that was next day and it was absolutely on time. Also the plant was very fresh and the overall packaging was good.

Soil: They also don't know the quality they are using and unable to communicate me also.
Plants: No matter what plat you order, will die within 1 week. Challenge.
I ordered 3 plants: Money, Syngonium, Jade. All are dying.
FnP is totally useless. People should boycott purchasing items from them
