Hi,
I have been very disappointed with your company for your unprofessional staff and service.
I placed a birthday order no... on 24th September consisting of bamboo plant, 10 pink roses bouquet and chocolates. Order Plant wasn't available and you'll cancelled my order after payment was made.
Upon calling your call Centre and being put on hold each call for 30mins. To which I have all proof even the phone call recording. Where your staff who claimed her name was Rishu made a new order for delivery on same day only bamboo replaced by peace lily plant. She kept me on hold and said new order no wasn't coming up due to technical issue so will send it on email. Which didn't obviously cone till date. Not gift delivered. And having me call again and keep explaining the same story to a new call Centre staff. Who claims there is no order.
What on earth is happening? Is this the service you'll give to customer? And wasting our time? I really need an explanation for this.

Completely happy with the order placement process, customer care associate support, timely delivery and taste of the cake.
This is with regard to order no. *******. Reasons as below:
A) The shape of the bottle was the highlight. It was supposed to be a box-shaped one. Could change slightly what is being given to us is around lousy cheap quality glass pot. It did not contain the pebbles too... as shown in their image online. Please do not be filled by the images shown by fern and petal in another online portal. It's nowhere close to the actual product sent.
C) The personalized message which was so important has come in a plain paper written. This is insulting... I could have done that with my home printer.
D) some card with a note " congrats " is sent. WHY?. The entire personalized message was NOT based on THAT.
C) THE MESSAGE IS SEND IN A PLAIN PAPER TYPED... HOW CAN FERNS AND DETAILS DO THIS. WORSE, THE message send by me is addressed to me... you can see it in the image attached.
WORST IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. THEY DONT RESPOND WELL.
2. THEY ONLY SPEAK ONCE SIDED.
3. THEY WILL NOT ARRANGE ANY SORT OF DECENT REFUND.
PLEASE IN STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU NOT GOING WITH FERNS AND PETALS EVER.
THEY WILL FOR SURE SPOIL YOUR HAPPINESS.

From ordering to delivery all the service was very easy and professional. I was updated on the entire process via email. I was only able to contact them via email not on the telephone line during the time I needed to contact them urgently. And when you call from abroad it's even more difficult. That was the only drawback. Other than that everything was good.

My daughter sent me a bouquet for my birthday. For the size vs price, it was a complete rip off. Even that might not have been so bad, had the flowers been fresh. The white carnations already had brown petals and by the next day they had all wilted. F&P promised a replacement, but to date NOTHING! Never again!

On both orders delivery was smooth, delivery boys were cooperative, i was updated at every step through mail and msg, didn't need to track my order. You get exactly what you order. Cakes quality is amazingly delicious. Flowers look exactly the same as shown in the pictures on the site. All in all 100% trust Ferns N Petals. I will continue ordering from it whenever needed.

They charged around $1000 for cake and sparkle candle, but they delivered a different cake at the end of the day outside their promised time.The cake had a long human hair in it. They closed the complaint without any compensation or apologies. They are becoming worse day by day.
