The quality of the product is poor, and the picture seen on website is extremely different from the order provided.

I would avoid F&P and all its associates whether it is for cake or for flowers.

Customer service post-delivery is extremely painful. Please avoid at all costs.

FnP has always delivered fresh cakes. I've ordered more than a dozen cakes from them till date, and they have not disappointed me at all. The cakes are delicious!

I live in the US, and wanted to send my friend a cake in Mumbai. My friend said be careful some websites aren't good. I researched up fnp.com, placed an order. It was delivered same day as promised! And on time! The cake looked just like the picture when received. Great company!

They have delivered wrong order and I kept sending them SS of the product I ordered but they just don't listen. Never ever consider using this platform. Just waste of money and your time visiting the website. Don't even deserve 1 rating.

FnP is eager to charge a premium in the name of 'specific time slot' delivery, and then at their own discretion decide to reschedule! The customer service rep could only mouth scripted apologies rather than try to understand the issue and resolve. If you claim to be in the business of gifts for special occasions, then you should have the sensitivity to understand the emotions too. Pointless service.

I had been ordering from them often for a wide range of products. Recently I tried out the balloon decoration for birthday and its horrible, worst ever. The cost was 2699 INR and the person completed the job in 10 mins with very very low and cheap quality materials. Within 5 mins all the decoratiobs are coming off and they didnt accept the mistake and neither agreed for any refund. Its a waste of money, time and energy for customers. Never order the decorations from them or anything for that matter. Worst site ever.

I had placed an order at the beginning of December for it to be delivered on 24th. Since it's a Christmas order. But now they r delivering it on 26th after Christmas. I told them to cancel it and refund bcz the items r perishable plus it's a Christmas gift fr my loved ones. Wts d use if they r delivering after Christmas. But they say they cannot refund.

In case u want delivery of Cake within time, Surely click Fnp. But pricing may be modified to little less, otherwise great test.

FnP is getting quite popular with their attractive ads and impressive website. They have good product quality too. I trusted their international delivery service. I would request them to improve their international service. I placed the order for a customized mug as a Christmas gift for my friend in Philippines. I spent about INR 1767, it was too overpriced, but I thought at least my gift will be delivered safely and placed the order on 17/12/2022 and provided all the correct delivery details and contact number of the recipient. On 21/12/2022 I got the update that the order has been delivered and "received by the recipient". But when I contacted her, I found out that she has nor received the gift and even was not contacted before delivery. Then I raised the issue with the customer service and was replied that the order was delivered and kept on front door/ porch/ reception etc. How was it kept even without contacting the recipient, and they live in a closed complex with no possibility of such delivery. Moreover, how the false update was provided that the product was "received". Now after too many complaints, mails, chats and calls, I was given my refund after they called the recipient and confirmed that she was not contacted before the delivery and the product has been delivered to a wrong person. Maybe some people have good experience with their service but mine was alright.

F n P has always been my favourite service provider upon which I confidently depend to wish my Dear ones on their auspicious days of life.
Fn P has been consistent in delivering the Fresh most flowers exactly as displayed on the website and always on time.

The rotating photo lamp that I ordered 3rd time is simply amazing. It was appreciated by all in the family, particularly the B'day girl. The delivery was made right on time and in perfectly good condition. Delivery was immediately followed by a delivery confirmation. This is the reason I have chosen FNP for all my orders of flowers, plants, cakes and a host of personalised gifts. Besides, the assistance provided by their personnel, Shasi, was so helpful that it made the placing of order very smooth and perfect. I wish them all the best.
