Great experience, just in time delivery. Very polite staff. Variety of choice. Regular and timely reminder by site, taste of cakes exotic.

With in 12hours my greetings were sent. Thanks for sending them timely and the purchase was same as the image.

My son sent me flowers for my birthday last Dec,5, on the 2nd day only started drying.We tried to put in water to save at least. I used to get flowers fm other company but it last for a week, that's why i was shocked why this one dried up so fast.He must have paid more than 100 dollars for this..

The service of FNP has improved drastically from previous years in all aspects. Its actually very amusing and of course a nice feeling when incase we linger longer than the few minutes to place an order - I suddenly got busy and left something added to my cart and could not finish my payment - I immediately got a call from their executive who offered to help me forward and also offered me a discount - which was most welcome!
And best part was I got a reminder call early morning of the previous day reminding me that my friend's birthday was coming up. Kuddos!

Overall a great experience again.

The products are very good. The flowers received are very fresh and it is great platform to use for gifting & wishing near and dear ones far away in the present day busy world.

By facing the issue multiple times from FNP(Ferns and Petals) I am forcebly writing this review from my honest experience and i would strongly recommend and request to each and every customer to think multiple times before placing any order from this website as they have neither the chains in India and they are doing false promises to the customer in each and every steps. For my cake order I was continuously chasing him since 3 days and the cake has not been delivered even in the high profile area of Hyderabad. And finally I had to cancell it and till now I am chaing for my refund since 1 month.

So please please don't place any order if you are looking for the cake specially because if would not be delivered on time then there will be no usage and importance of your delivery.

The Flowers and cake delivered were substandard and just off the shelves from the super market. May be only worth $12 in total and they charged me $110. Completely fake pictures represented in the website.
Do not order here as the customer service is sooooooooooooo,... bad and you will not get any valid or logical answer reply. The company should not be allowed to do business as they are tarnishing the name
