Ordered bouquet and chocolates for person in Noida. Website is great, order placement was easy. Gifts were delivered on time and looked exactly like the website.
They've been making my valentine worth each year, not only valentine but their valuable suggestions for birthdays, anniversaries have always saved me. I never had to put so much efforts in thinking for gifting ideas, they suggest you cool ideas and we just have to proceed with Payments, then just sit and relax, fnp takes care of everything else (right from packaging to delivery). My girlfriend was super impressed when delivery guy called her that there is a package for you maám but I can't disclose who sent this, please take this and enjoy your surprise.
Also, since I live in abroad, India is 8 hours ahead. So it happened to me when I ordered like really last min, with no hope that it will deliver today itself, but fnp did. Not only today but within next 3-4 hours they delivered it. Excellent and highly recommended service.

P.S. I believe that items are bit overpriced, but many times it's worth for their efforts. They make sure to deliver your surprises really on-time and exactly as shown in pictures. And its worth for such efforts.
I ordered a cake for my father's birthday which was on the following day. Even after 5 days now the cake remains undelivered. Ferns and petals is the most unprofessional service provider I have come across. They will neither refund the money nor deliver the cake. Their customer services executives are rude and unhelpful. Not recommended at all!

Not happy with the service. They delivered the partial chocolate gift and when I complained then they said they have delivered the complete product. Even though I had shared the picture of the partial delivered product. Will not recommend this service to anyone specially on occasions like Valentine's week when they mess up with the gifts and customer has to suffer.

I have had multiple bad experiences with them, but I still gave them another try next time. Learned it now, they do not own gift deliveries and deliver it any time 4-5 days after order. In one of the cases, they cancelled the order due to stock issues after the delivery date, while it was still showing confirmed in status! Seriously bad!

Have been a frequent customer. Had a few misgivings earlier. But recent past have been rendered excellent & very professional service..
Their web services are too bad, where you can't upload the photos for any personalized gift item, every time you have to connect with customer service and they upload photos on behalf of you in that case if you want to add some additional items then you cant do that, you have to place a separate order for that which was delivered separately also they deliver gifts according to their comfort instead of the date you selected.
Sometimes the chat option is not available on the site. Apart from that if you order sweets, they deliver that in an open box not packed. Services are too bad hence i am going to leave this for my future orders and going to use amazon or such services.
