Karan Sharma did great job. Easy access to website and on time delivery as shown in picture.quality and quantity were precise.

A perfect experience. The highlight was the delivery person who patiently waited outsdie the apartment complex for 15 minutes to deliver at the time I had asked for delivery while ordering.

The flowers were very fresh and continue to look good after 36 hours of delivery. Well done, team!

Extremely poor customer service. FnP promised delivery of 16th Nov which was my daughter's birthday. They didnt give any update and website continued to show 16th Nov as delivery date. ITs 17th Nov morning and I still havnt got it. I had to reach out to them and then they hide behind technicalities and courier service to mask their failure. How can a customer service centered business be so insensitive to a child's birthday. Shameful. I should have gone local instead of getting carried away by their website. Money may be important buts it's not everything. When collecting money, they provide false promises and once order is placed, they ignore you completely. There are so many other businesses that you can do to make money. Don't do this in this field which involves birthdays and gifts for small children.

Terrible customer experience. I had ordered a Birthday cake for my friend to be delivered mid-night with an extra SGD 15 for delivery charges However it didn't get delivered. I called them in the morning and the representative gave some nasty excuses and at last, it never got delivered, I paid SGD 80. Please get ready for surprises. It says on their site that 100% smile is guaranteed however in reality they give horrible experiences. NO OWNERSHIP.NO RESPONSIBILITY.NO EMPATHY FOR OTHERS FEELINGS

I had a wonderful experience while ordering a product from Ferns & Petals. Even customer service representative was very helpful. The product I ordered was exactly the same as shown on app. It tasted delicious and product delivery time I must say was exactly the time I wanted the order to be delivered.

Paid and agreed to deliver the next day for Diwali gift to my friend. They send emailed and promised to deliver. Then changed their promise said very busy and can be delivered after Diwali. I asked for refund.
It has been more than 2 weeks no refund from them... Real scam. Do not ever buy from this Ferns & petal.
