I ordered fancy flowers bouquet and paid high than simple bouquet. I was very disappointed in website what we saw and what we get. They take money but did not get what we choose it's totally different. Never ordered again

On our parents 50th wedding anniversary, we ordered cake and flower bouquet. Flowers were delivered but no news of cake! When we called, no one knows what happened! Our parents didn't have a cake to cut on their anniversary! We felt helpless as we live few thousand miles away! Never got a refund from Ferns n petals! Will not order from them again!

Recently have ordered for a truffle cake and Ferrero Rocher chocolates - Rs. 1550/-. Order no. *******. Have provided the same address, which was given for the last two years. Received a message, it was out for delivery. Within few minutes, received a call from customer service, that they couldnt prepare the cake within 11-3pm, so would deliver by 3-6pm. Requested them to cancel the order, as the concerned party is leaving the house by 3pm. After few minutes, received delivery attempted but wrong address. Called the vendor, who was out for delivery. He is a honest man, confirmed that they couldnt prepare the cake, due to the wrong timing provided by ferns n petals. Now, when im asking for refund, they are telling that attempt made and wrong address provided. This is complete cheating. I didnt expect this from ferns n petals. I would never again order through fnp. This is a fraud orgranisation.
After 4 hours of following, they couldn't deliver the gift spoiling the surprise and occasion of birthday. It's already 10 pm and delivery hours was 6 am to 9 pm.
The excuse they have is, the partner isn't reachable. They don't have hold on their own delivery partner
FNP is the one where you can order instantly and get the fresh and awesome cakes and flowers and gifts. Using it from past 5years. Still continuing...

They sent damaged product who's paint was damaged, they don't take back product which is not broken. It has to be broken in order to be replaced. I have decided to never buy from them. Very bad customer handling, they just want to dump trash on customers.

It's a very bad and fraudulent company. They never delivered any product. This is regarding my order #*******. I misplace my PIN no and then immediately raised a ticket #*******6059 to correct it. They told me the order would be delivered but it was never ever delivered and they didn't return the money. It's a fake and fraud company
