They haven't delivered the product on time. They told us to select the time slot 8 am to 9 pm and i have also selected delivery address was office and their mentioned that they will deliver in general office hour and then they didn't deliver. And they also refuse to refund.

I ordered something for my wife for wedding anniversary, which suppose to delivered on 7th but it had reached on 10th with one of the broken item, secondly i had to call somany time for follow ups and they didn't even bother to call me back or revert back to me, after every follow up call from my side i was getting one mail saying that " Greetings of the day! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

Which is utter use less, how can they sent me that kind of mail without even solving my complaint, really it was very disappointing and i am not at all happy with the service.
I've only ordered flowers and plants so from them to gift friends and family and have been extremely satisfied with the entire process - from ordering online, to the selection to the delivery.

Recovery, it was an on spot timely delivery.
The site offers good delivery and vide network for in a day delivery gifts. Its a saver when u have to gift at the last moment however pricing is its downturn. Otherwise its recommended.

When it is a specific date, on time delivery is of utmost importance apart from the quality of product and it's presentation. I am glad to share in my case all the above parameters were met. I have ordered 3 products from fnp which was committed to br delivered by 5th july. Instead I got only one product delivered and there is no update for the other 2. On calling the customer care, they would repeat the same thing as in the delivery would be done one day before or later. But such kind of things are never mentioned while placing the order. Also the courier company has been sending message that the order would be delivered by 8th july which is way ahead of the committed date by fnp.
I really ask the concerned department why such incompetence. Order number is *******
