Product was delivered on the same date I mentioned. Not only the date, even time was matched. Also, it was delivered in good condition.
I have been using their services for a couple of years and delivering stuff at the same address. For my mom's birthday, they did not deliver and charged. When asked to refund they said, they have a shipping disclaimer which says if address is incorrect they will still charge which doesn't make sense, since they have delivered to this address before. Would not recommend this site to anyone

I booked one product on FnP for my wife as anniversary gift. The courier people, Blue Dart, in this case, in fact called my wife twice in the morning to confirm address. But they failed to deliver on today, thus marring the occasion. The whole purpose of gifting is now defeated.

Review regarding a cake that was placed on 21st july in chennai to deliver a cake in Toronto on 22nd. There had to be delivered before 4 pm as it was my office address and was agreed by one of the agent by Ferns and petals before placing the order. There was no contact details of the local cake provider and no status update for more than 30 hours. At 10 pm (ETD) there is a mail which says the cake has been delivered when THERE IS NO CAKE THAT IS DELIVERED.
