I ordered flowers and cake for family as a last minute order. The flowers were delivered on time. The cake could not be delievered on time. I wrote back and their excellent team responded well and delivered an excellent cake the next day. Things can happen- important is what the company does to resolve a situation in a problem, I have been ussing them for more than 4 years. And continue to believe they are the best
