After ordering the gift almost 12 days in advance, the product was still not received on the birthday date. Until I called them at night to check the order status no one informed me that product is unavailable and we won't be able to deliver it today. The moment was spoilt and gone.

After all the issues and pain I went through during this order, I see finally when the product was received after 1 day delay was in horrible condition. The picture shown to me and the product were no match.

The plant leaves were dried, (divine name to the plant, was a joke), the leaves were not fresh nor healthy. Had holes in them as if they were about to throw this plant and somehow ended up sending it to me. Also the marbles were not white but translucent which totally changed the look to a cheap gift. Personal request for not fooling other customers on this product, bring that image down and post a real picture on how the product really is.

Is this how we receive service from FnP.

This was last order from FnP and I'm done! You guys can keep the 20% discount coupon back. I hope you understand sometimes it's not about the money but the feeling with which one wanted to send the gift to their loved ones.

I hope this feedback goes to right team before you loose more customers.

I ordered flowers and a cake, was delivered within a few short hours in Delhi! Impressive quality and prompt!

I am actually planning to complain to consumer court. We ordered rakhis to be delivered in USA, as per advert. These people took money and did not deliver, called them 10 times, they will say, sorry cant redeliver. They did not even try and in Usa everyone is working we put clear instructions to keep item on door, still they have no control. They give false details on calls. Eat your money and play with emotions. They should be banned in USA. I am writing to consumer courts here to close their business. At least i will try to save all.

This was good 2 years back and now they don't care about customer but the money.

Recently ordered 3 Rakhi hamper in one order worth of 50$ and they didn't deliver one hamper and charged 25$ for that, opening queries they answer same copy pasted answer each time and no answers to all, emails. And close the tickets immediately.

I don't even want to 1 star, can't write in google reviews about this fraud service. Don't believe them.

I never saw service like this before. Don't trust them, have to find new service now.

FNP has made my Love's Birthday special.
Actually, I wanted to make his birthday special, so I booked my walnut truffle cake on 19th July which was to be delivered in the midnight of 6th Aug 2019.
He was fully surprised to have this lovely cake. Even he cut that cake on the same day in the evening but the cake taste was just amazing and yummy.
Even my friend even doesn't know that I love him but Thank you FNP to give your best services to creating memories in my life.

I placed an international order of rakhi to Calgary, Canada.
It was returned prior to delivery date giving me the explanation that the address is not correct.
And the reciever DNT get any call from the delivery executive.
I raised a query regarding my refund, they have this policy of no refund on international order. And one more that they would try the order for one time.
And when I am calling the executive, they are hanging up on my call.
I have a series of questions.
How would I know that my order was shipped?
How would I know that the recipient was called?
I wanted the full proof details and screenshot of everything, but till now no response from their side..
