I ordered an birthday cake for my gf 4days before the delivery date. They called me on delivery date and told me it couldnt be delivered due to water locking in Kolkata amd requested me to accept the order to take the delivery on next day. Now its a silly staff to send bday cake after 1day. Then they cancelled the order at their own and promised me to refund my money. But believe me guys, there were no such rain happened which could cause them not to deliver the product. It was a well planned cheating and they havent refunded my money yet.
The guy talking to me over phone was rude and dont know how to behave with customers. This way they spoiled my plan to surprise my gf. So never ever choose fnp.

Till 3 years back their service was good but now they are cheating people. Following series of incidents describe how they cheat people -
1. I was trying to place an order since August 11th where shipping fee was free, there payment system had issues and finally payment was processed on August 14th and later I got email of shipping fee added to it as Priority fee. I have both emails with me

2.15th Morning the guy called my sister and updated her that the delivery would be delayed. My sister provided him alternate number also but he did not like to take the pain to writing down - FNP customer service doesn't believe that this happened

3. Evening 7.00 PM I get an email that delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to recipient mobile was off

4. I immediately called customer support, sent email to FNP to provide an alternate though both numbers were working and ON and my parents were at home. That was rakhi and gift for my parents for raksabandhan. I called FNP thrice for 30 minutes each time to know status.
5. Finally at 10PM IST they said we will deliver tomorrow morning ensuring the flowers are fresh
6. Next day 16th Night I got email that they would not be able to reattempt mentioning their terms ad condition nor will be able to refund my money.
This is an online loot and I don't want to be victim of this fraud company in future

I ordered from them for USA delivery. They delayed the delivery with 2 days after charging me high for 3 days delivery. And after 5 days they are saying me recipient was not available. They neither called the recipient nor they tried to reach me out and mailed me that its their policy that they can't re-deliver and they will not refund the amount also. Plus their customer care service is also so slow and bad. After charging so high to the customers atleast company should hire good people for delivery and customer service.

I'm highly disappointed by ferns n petals as they are not at all trust worthy and professional... I had made my order on the 5th of August and it has to be delivered on 7th but only one order has been delivered by them rest 2 orders they have not delivered... My occasion has gone but no response from them... I'm calling and mailing them everyday still no action has been taken by these people... They are also not returning my money... Really pathetic... I would recommend all not to purchase anything from ferns n petals.

I order 4 bags of California Pistachios, flowers and birthday cake for my mother on august 2nd, 2019 reference order number *******002. After order and they need to deliver on 5th august to my mother place at Ludhiana. This is so embarrassing to say when they deliver after i found from my mother they cheated and instead of 4 pistachios bag they deliver 1 bag. When i filed complaint to them and called everyday i got email back from they are investigate and they will reach me back out but nothing happen until today to then even when i was ordering they reach me out between my order to show how fast they are and asking me if i need help they will take payment over the phone. Look email they send me as proof. I would say all you guys ordering think before you order they will not deliver your entire package after no one help you once you order and make payment. Stay away from them...

I wanted to send Rakhi with flowers and chocolates.
This was my first visit to Ferns N Petals website, I was amazed to see how many options were there and each of them were beautiful. Finally, I chose a teddy basket with red and white roses and chocolates. There was no hassle in payment, it was smooth and the delivery was done within 12 hours of the confirmation which is outstanding service. Also, I received an email that they are proceeding with the order with all red roses as white ones are not available & they were unable to reach us. Updates at each step, perfectly arranged basket, timely delivery, great price options, just wow!

I ordered a combo kids rakhi to be delivered to India from USA. The shipping was free. There were 2 rakhis and 10 five star chocolates that I paid for. There was also a free card option available where I left a message for my nephew. It was delivered within 12 hours of ordering. To my surprise there was a small wrapped plastic palette of haldi, kumkum and chandan too as a complimentary gift. The products were just as shown in picture and very good quality. Very well packaged inside a Ferns and Petal carry bag. I loved shopping here and I highly recommend this site.

I sent two rakhi with chocolate and msg card to my brother in USA. First instead of msg card its only a paper where address is mentioned and msg is side of paper(very bad) Also msg preview was different and most importantly they changed my wording what I wrote. How could you guys do that and rakhis also cheaper quality. About Delivery, it was supposed to deliver on friday 9august but after sending so many queries they deliver one day before Rakshabandhan. Without solving query they close according the concern ticket.

This is my second consecutive year of ordering products and having delivered them in India. This year, I ordered products that are customised. I tried uploading pics unsuccessfully. When an associate at FNP sensed my multiple attempts, even without me raising a query, Sumit called me (internationally) and helped me through the whole process among many issues. It was impressive, considering it was 2 am IST. The quality products were delivered right on time. My family is all smiles and love. You guys at FNP rock! Thank you.
