Thought of trying something different and as always found an interesting vase with silver roses and to add to the already beautiful looking bouquet was a natural sunflower which made the overall bouquet look all the more wonderful. One of the worst service provider, unethical, unprofessional and unresponsive company. Their tagline delivering emotions are completely baseless and false, they hardly care about the emotions and moments.
I placed an order for my husband's birthday, and haven't got delivered. I received a message "Attempted to deliver due to wrong address". Though the recipient's phone number was given while I placed the order, they didn't call, and haven't taken any initiative to deliver. I have been notified to contact within 2 hours for redelivery, but no contact number provided rather, it just opened up feedback page, still I raised, but of no use. No point in calling the customer care, just to say "We can't do anything". I was asking for refund, such a shame to say, the service agent was just muting my speech, just not to get recorded. She said can't refund, can redeliver it, for that I have to pay more than half of my cake's amount. If it's genuine should have refunded or redelivered of no cost, but this is only for trapping people. So disgusted to afford of no use. Please don't think about placing order in fnp, only for cheating not for service.
Yesterday night at 11 pm i thinking for a surprise for my daughter birthday and try to search on internet and see the fern& petal and I ordered a cake and money plant and some chocolates and today it's delivered on time my daughter is so happy and i am also thanks to fern&petals to make us happy and make my day sweet than sweetest thanks again
Awesome service, I forgot to book anniversary gift for my friend, suddenly i remembered on same day, and ordered from here they delivered it within one hour with the exact gift that was shown on website.

I ordered rakhi from FnP since they promised it to be delivered the same day. As promised the status was updated but it wasn't received at home. I contacted customer care but the response is slow and they finally closed the ticket without any update. I didn't get Rakhi delivered nor got my money back.

Didn't reach the recipient. I dont know like this how many people they are deceiving daily.
Please dont fall into their trap. Because of this trap I lost money (1000), time.
Daily I need to call them and they open a ticket and close the ticket without resolution.
If we call they ask us about order and then they make us to wait until we dissconnect.
1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (wait time more than 30 min)
4. No full/partial refund given.
5. No ownership taken by anyone.
Very professional, reasonable, accurate in quality and timing as promised, overall appreciable service.
Quality was good and delivery was on time the only thing lacked was the combination of roses was different from as per the order but yes roses will never ask us hello how many reds, whites, yellows, pinks we need to grow thus I am okay with the combination delivered... Thankyou FNP for making my bae's day a memorable one...

I have ordered from a variety of online delivery sites in the past but my experience with ferns and petals was great. They provided timely delivery and quality products. I was concerned about the cake, but trust me it was very fresh. You can trust them 100%.

Product collections are too good. Should improve little in delivering the product on given time slot. Had a 2 day delay in delivery of the product. Hope it is can be rectified and improve to deliver on time and date.
